The removal of the two old patios, walk and privacy fences went well and quickly. The two new patios, walk and seat wall took about 5 business days to complete but part of the delay was due to weather (rain). The big issue I had was when I was paying the final bill and requested my 5% discount for being an Angie's List member. Pavestone said the 5% discount applied to the original quote and that the final number included all the "add ons" that were done. I had to argue that we had signed a second quote that included everything and never had Pavestone said the 5% discount would only apply to the first quote provided. I eventually received the 5% discount on the entire amount of the work, but it took some arguing with the Pavestone representative. So, my recommendation to others: make sure you don't sign a quote until you have everything documented and costs included on the quote so you receive the 5% discount on the entire project.

I contacted Mr.Rickey Sette regarding what I wanted in the patios.Several days later Mr.Sette came back with a firm quote that I approved!Mr.Sette was very professional at the beginning of the project and the conclusion of the project! The crew that did the work was very good too!I would recommend this company!

I did a ton of research before I called Pavestone so I didn't need to be sold on their quality of work. Needless to say, Ricky came out early in May and was super professional and offered us a few options but never pushed us to buy the more expensive ones. We decided to go with Pavestone and scheduled our install for the end of July fully expecting to have this date pushed back. Our install was only delayed by 2 days which is pretty impressive after a whole summer of unforeseen circumstances. Our patio was completed in 2 days and it looks amazing! I can't stop admiring it. Pavestone does amazing work and they are true professionals. I would certainly use them in the future.

Everything was amazing and we love our new patio. Ricky came out for a consultation and made us feel very at ease, making great recommendations that got us excited for the new patio. Before the work was done, they used 3D design to show is exactly what our space would look like. Ricky then came out and marked everything off so we knew what was going to be done. The first day of work, Ricky came out to ensure that his team knew exactly what was to be done and made us feel comfortable with the team doing the work. Last minute he even agreed to get rid of some heavy yard waste that had nothing to do with his job. The team working on the project was efficient and friendly. They got the job done exactly as promised and on time. When a nosy neighbor gave his team a hard time about the noise (which was not an issue at all) he dealt with it politely and called me up to let me know that a discussion had taken place. In the end, we are in love with our new patio! Ricky and his team did a great job and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. I would recommend Pavestone to anyone looking to do patio work.

He went out of his way to answer all of our questions and assist with decisions, and he went so far as to deliver brick samples to our home when we were unable to go to the facility to look at them. This job went very smoothly. Sergio was great to work with from initial planning through installation. He gave a detailed estimate of the job after walking through the changes with me on the property. The job was finished in 4 days once it was started. I love the new driveway and patio. They look great. They replanted some lilies and worked around some small bushes I wanted to save. They did a great job cleaning up and putting the final touches on the project. Everyone was very nice. i'm glad I chose Pave Stone for the project.

Pavestone was great right from the start. This project involved adding a paver walkway to a newly installed driveway. Mario, the owner, spent a fair amount of time reviewing the project during the initial visit. The estimate was accurate, no surprises during the planning and installation process. Various paver options and price levels were presented, no sales pressure or slick tactics. Mario seemed genuinely concerned with providing the best options within my budget. On installation day, the crew arrived on time. Mario was on site from the start of work, ensuring details were followed. The project involved some need to be creative around differing grades and boundaries of the existing structure and driveway. I was pleased to see such attention to detail ( from the entire crew) in this less-than-ideal installation site. Installation completed in one day. Good professional job and the results look great! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or refer Pavestone to other potential customers.

Excellent, I am very happy with the wonderful job provided. Sergio came out to the house and provided me with an amazing transformation of my front entry. From the start of the project to the very end of the project, Sergio was professional and always kept me informed during all aspects of this project. The job site was always left cleaned and the installer did a great job. This company I can truly recommend, I feel that they really care about what the customer wants and go out of their way to maintain a HIGH standard of quality with assuring an excellent guarantee on the work provided. We contacted Pavestone and Mario quickly returned our call and set up an initial appointment. Mario came out, listened to what we were looking to do, and took measurements. He followed up within a few days with a written estimate. We were impressed with Mario, his professionalism and the fact that there were many, many positive referrals. Mario walked us through the whole process and was patient while we figured out which bricks and colors to use, and helped advised us on our choices. They also made us two computer "mock ups" showing a realistic rendering of what our project could look like upon completion. When we decided to replace our existing concrete patio, I did due diligence and got several quotes. The first guy came out but never followed up with a bid, the second sent a bid two weeks after his visit and never followed up, and the third never bothered to show up for his scheduled visit. Ricky arrived on time and went right to work, noticing right away the issues we had with an incorrectly sloped patio and immediately discussing the best way to slope it away from the house. He made several design suggestions and then sat at our dining room table and wrote out a quote right away. Not only was his quote in line with the one actual bid that we had gotten but he also suggested LED lighting for the seat walls and steps (something no one else had even mentioned as an option). As soon as we accepted the bid, Antoinette called and we were given a tentative start date (which only ended up a week out due to rains). About two weeks before the start of the project, we met with Ricky at his supplier to pick out the brick pavers for the patio and stones for the seat wall in a setting where we could actually see a wide variety of pavers in various settings. On the morning of the start day, Ricky actually drew the layout on the ground and we were able to make last minute size changes to the design. Damian and his crew did an excellent job with the build and left the area spotless at the end of each day. We now actually enjoy sitting in the backyard. If you need any kind of paver work done, I would HIGHLY recommend Pavestone - the whole experience was amazing!

Our projects went exactly as discussed and turned out great. We worked with Sergio on the design, shopping for the pavers, all the questions that came up, a few changes as I changed my mind, and the install. He was very patient and responsive throughout the entire process. Everyone on the entire crew was nice, friendly and hard-working. The project was done on time, on budget, and without issues. I would definitely work with them again and refer them to anyone wanting walkways, patios, or landscaping.

Mario came and did estimate, and discussed some ideas. I had 3 different estimates total, and Mario's was reasonable. I also had lots of ideas, but he was very patient in describing what is doable and what is not. He was quick to give suggestions. Because we had lot of rain in the Spring and summer, the actual date got delayed. However, they were very quick and did great job.

Ricky and his team were excellent! From start to finish, I could tell these guys were professional and honest. They arrived on time and did a wonderful job installing the pavers and fire pit. Our job required removal of all the old patio pavers and landscape which were old and overgrown. They removed and disposed of everything in a timely manner. The crew did and amazing job setting the base for proper water drainage before starting to lay and cut the brick pavers. They did a beautiful job. Highly recommend PaveStone Brick Paving . You get what you pay for quality workmanship!

Left a message June 2nd to obtain an estimate. They promptly called back the next day and informed me I was outside their service area. Hence, I did not utilize them for this job.

Pavestone manually dug out and replaced my patio. Due to condo restrictions, all the work needed to be done by hand. They dug out a 20 x 23 patio that had brick and dirt (and various tree roots) to a depth of approx. 10 inches. They replaced it with compacted stone topped with sand and then Pavers. They also installed an 18 foot seat wall with LED lighting. The workers were prompt, courteous and friendly. Everything was cleaned up each night (3 day job). Overall, an excellent job. I look forward to many years of enjoyment.

Mario Sette, the owner, went above and beyond. We got estimates from three quality companies, all of which were about the same price. We chose Pavestone because of the extra design help we received. For instance, during the estimate Mario offered an idea for a sitting wall off the front stoop to add visual interest and provide a nice backdrop for landscaping. A couple more ideas like that and we were sold. Mario also helped pick complementary bricks/accent colors -- we met at his local supplier one Saturday and quickly got it all selected. I also appreciated that they stayed on schedule with our installation, only missing a couple days due to weather. The team took great care of all my existing landscaping; kept a tidy work site from day to day; and finished without any problems, on time. We love our new patio and front stoop and highly recommend Pavestone. No drama!

A pleasure to work with. The crew was very friendly and efficient and they cleaned up after themselves. After removing the old wood deck there was a lot of concrete that unexpectedly needed to be removed underneath, which was done without problem. Pavers were then beautfully installed. After the job was completed we needed a few pavers pulled up temporarily for another project, which Pavestone did without a problem. They went above and beyond to satisfy us and I would recommend them in the future.

My wife and I purchased our home in 2012 and one of the projects we wanted to do was to replace the old concrete patio behind the house. The concrete was in bad shape. It had heaved over the years so there were some large cracks and joints that allowed for weeds to grow up through the cracks. Because of the heaving, rainwater drained back towards the house rather than away from it. Generally, it was an ugly patio and we didn't even want to use it. Once we moved in we hired a landscape designer create a new landscape plan including replacing the patio. I solicited two quotes from brick paving contractors that the landscape designer recommended and the pricing, unfortunately, came in higher than we anticipated and could afford. Fast forward to 2014 and we were ready to move forward with the project. I decided to solicit three new quotes for the patio work. I found Pavestone Brick Paving through Angie's List and Ricky Sette from Pavestone met with me at my house on two different occasions to help put together a proposal. Ricky was very professional and courteous, and my wife and I really liked his ideas on what to do with the patio. Even though I already had a design concept from the aforementioned landscape designer, Ricky offered some great suggestions that we decided would be better than the design we already had. I ended up choosing Pavestone to do the work. Ricky's quote was competitive but he also demonstrated a very clear knowledge of what he was doing, and again, the ideas he offered to make the design even better we excellent. Once we chose to go with Pavestone, Ricky was very clear about scheduling and making sure the work got done when he told us it would. When the workers showed up on site, all of them were professional and courteous. They worked quickly and efficiently and the work was completed within the time frame we were told. The difference between the old stark concrete patio and the new brick patio was simply amazing. Ricky had recommended a nice accent border in a color scheme my wife and I never thought about. We ended up going with Ricky's suggestions and we are very glad we did. We're thrilled with the results. We now have a fantastic looking patio that my wife and I enjoy using just about every day now. I would highly recommend Pavestone Brick Paving. Ricky Sette was great throughout the entire process and the results exceeded our expectations.

A lot of businesses want to install a new patio. It was hard to find a company that was interested in just maintaining paver stone patios and sidewalk- that is cleaning, resanding, and resealing existing paver stones. This company came out promptly, measured the work area, and gave us a firm date for the work with a $100 deposit, remainder payable on completion. They then came when promised, and did a very good job. What more could one ask for?

I contacted 4 stone paver installers from Angie's List. All called back and said they would provide estimates. Ricky provided the first estimate--within a few days. One other provided an lower estimate but not using UniLock, which I had specifically specified that I wanted. A third provided an estimate about 10 days after the other 2. We had already made our decision to use Ricky by then. Also, that third estimate was $250 higher. Ricky came on the exact day promised, installed the pavers in the design we requested, cleaned up and then called to see how we liked the work his men had performed. He estimated, provided a written contract and installed the pavers--all in 2 weeks.
