Contractor's crew showed up on time and were able to complete the entire job in one day. They were competent, experienced, efficient, neat, eager to please and respectful of our wishes regarding the design of the job.

Mario, owner, met with us several times at our house and at the supplier to go over the plans and help us select our stone. His proposal was very competitive with another bid we had received and included additional design aspects and upgrade in stone. He was a delight to work with. We could not be happier with our patio. Mario was very responsive to phone calls and any question we had during the installation. The Pavestone crew is hard-working and their experience in laying stone shows. They also did a great job cleaning up the job site each day. Mario's crew also fixed a spot on our paver sidewalk for us. That was not included in their proposal but they did a great job fixing it for us. I highly recommend Pavestone....

Even with all the rain and flooding in our area during the month of April, they still managed to get the job done on time and on budget. Mario was our contact guy and he really listened to what we wanted, and even made some suggestions that I would have never thought of. We did incorporate many of his ideas in to the design and layout of the patio, and I must admit those are my favorite things about the entire project now. From concept to completion everything was top notch and profesional. Also the entire crew was absolutely the hardest working group of guys I have ever seen. Polite, friendly, on time and did I mention hardest working guys I ever seen! Honestly you cannot go wrong if you hire PaveStone to work for you. We are just so pleased with our new patio, I really can't say enough great thing about it and Pavestone!

I had an old concrete patio that I wanted to replace with stone pavers. I contacted PaveStone and Mario came out and sat down with me to develop a plan. He really listened to what I wanted and drafted a plan with various options and prices. We met a few days later to look at the stone/paver options and finalize the plan. The crew that installed the patio was great. They arrived on time every day and kept me informed of any issues or changes that I may want. Mario also came out every day to check the progress and also discuss any issues that I may have. The patio turned out great and I would highly recommend this company. They're extremely easy to work with and I love the finished product.

We had several other companies come out and quote us for the job. We had the most confidence in Mario and Pavestone. We loved the fact that the brick paving installations are fully guaranteed for 5 years from settling and movement. It was a pleasure working with this company. Rick, one of the partners, handled everything from start to finish. He obtained clearance from the Association Board, arranged for J.U.L.I.E. to come out to mark the yard and got the permit from the Village. From preparing the estimate, to helping with information on the various type and colors of bricks in the catalogs, to bringing over samples of the different colored bricks, he was very helpful and accommodating. Getting approval from the Association is not a simple, straight froward matter. The board meets once a month and all board members may not be at the monthly meeting. Rick had to make repeated requests to obtain the signature of one of the absent members, in order to secure approval.The amount of paper associated with the project was way out of proportion to the scope of the project. He saved a lot of headache.

Just tried to call the two numbers listed on the Angie's List profile for this company. Called 847-895-7004. Got in touch with Mario, who was very friendly and helpful in answering my questions and concerns. I was assured that they make it a point to provide timely, quality service with snow removal. Pricing was clear. We were sent a copy of the quote/contract right away to make arrangements prior to the first snow fall. First snow fall was 4-6 inches. Our driveway and front walkway were clear before we left for work in the morning. We received our invoice in the mail about 1 week later. $54. Reasonably priced for the service. They are extremely reliable! Customer service was great!

Mario is very easy to work with, he and his crew were very professional throughout the whole process. He explained everything in full detail and answered any questions I had. His crew showed up everyday on time, cleaned up after themselves at the end of every work day and always checked with us throughout the project to make sure we were satisfied and didn't have any questions or concerns. We ended up making several changes from the original plan and Mario was always very helpful offering many good suggestions . Pavestones goal is to make sure they do an outstanding job and that you're completely satisfied. We are more than satisfied, it turned out better than we could've imagined and most of it was because of the ideas and suggestions provided by Mario and his crew. We planned to replace our old driveway with new asphalt, edged in brick, with a new brick front walkway ? our first experience with brickwork. Mario from PaveStone showed up with catalogs, product specs and a wealth of good ideas appropriate to the project and our budget. No pressure, but a very professional presentation that educated and sold in equal measure. The prices he proposed were very competitive, and we hired PaveStone to do the work ? a decision we never regretted. Mario worked extensively with us to finalize the project?s design. As the project progressed, we felt comfortable enough to ask for prices on a new walkway along the side of our house and a rebuild of our front stoop ? items not in the original proposal. Once again, PaveStone?s quote was very reasonable. There turns out to be a measure of art in brick paving, and Mario?s people added small details that added greatly to the overall impression. Now that the job?s complete, we keep walking out into our front yard to admire our new look. Would I recommend PaveStone? You bet I would!
