I spoke to Kevin about a specific entry door that I wanted to purchase. I had already been to the door company's website, so I knew the exact door model and size that I wanted. He then said he would get back to me with a price since this was a special order item. Two days later I left him a voice mail to inquire about price and made clear that I needed to order it soon (these orders can take two weeks for delivery). I called again a day or two later, and still no return call from Kevin. I called the store again, and this time I decided I would let another salesman help me. His name is Tom. I didn't tell Tom I'd already spoken to Kevin, but again I gave him the door specifics. I spoke to Tom every other day for a week and I still couldn't get a price from him. He mentioned something about his manager evaluation "their" price on the door. Ultimately I called another remodeling store and they called me back with an answer the same day. The door company doesn't sell my door in our area.
