My carpet looks better than it did three years ago. I use a wheelchair, so my carpet really takes a beating. Eric spent alot of time on the worn and dirtiest spots. They all came out great. Eric was extremely professional, punctual and considerate - whether it was the routine cleaning or the mess from the flood. He even relaid the carpet we had pulled up to dry out from the water. I thought I was going to have to call a carpet company to do that part. HIGHLY recommend Eric!

Eric was very friendly and professional over the phone, and told me the minimum to come out was $99. I asked him if he could clean a small area rug from my daughter's room as well, since the basement carpet that needed cleaning was small, and he said no problem. He arrived on time, was very nice, and did a great job. Eric took extra care to get some stains out of my daughter's light colored wool carpet as well. His price was very reasonable, and I would highly recommend this company.
