"Jim is a nice enough person to work with if you do not have a timeline. Some of his subcontractors are great like flooring. Others, particularly his plumber, are terrible. Multiple code violations and callbacks to fix issues. My advice if you decide to use Jim is to not use allowances and make him provide a fixed price contract. He likes to make up the difference in his cheap quote to get your business by having most allowances categories come in much higher."

These are minor things that do not take away from the beauty of the kitchen, it is just that when the job is finished and the final payment is made, forget about hearing from them again!
