What a terrible experience. I hired this guy to finish my deck. The good part is he accommodated my request to have it done right away in preparation for a party. The worker who came to stain my deck got red stain all over my cream colored fence and also all over my cream colored siding that runs along the deck. He then tried to cover up his mistakes with white paint. My fence and siding are now freckled white, tan and red. I called the owner and politely requested that he come and see what his worker did and had all intentions of us working together to get it corrected. The owner, Greg Drapczynski, started screaming at me and went on and on about "you people" (meaning Americans). He was aggressive, mean and argumentative. I later sent him text messages with picutres of the problem hoping he would realize that there was a serious quality issue with their work and that it would perhaps make him calm down and work with me to resolved. He then called me screaming again. I eventually told him to never step foot on my property again or I would call the police. This man is really out of control emotionally and needs to take some anger management classes - along with some classes on how to stain a deck without staining everything around it. Haven't decided what if anything I am going to pay them. I have to see what it will cost me to get my siding and fence back in order first.

Company never responded to requests for appt. - after about 2 1/2 weeks, I messaged them that I was going to ask for a refund. They said "Please do!" and said that they had moved. Unfortunately, I am on a short time frame and needed to schedule the services. I am left with a bad taste in my mouth for Angie's and very mad.

Needed deck washed and painted. 8-19 Arrives without an appointment, which I had requested. I was told by Greg the price would be the same as last time (5 years ago). I gave a verbal OK. They did the power-wash of the deck. 8-21 Arrive to finish preparation of deck and to paint. I requested a written quotation. The amount was $355 above the amount from 5 years ago. I expressed my displeasure and asked them to leave. After calling each other various names, they packed up and left. Bottom line = never have them do anything without first providing a written quote.

They did a great job. They were fast at getting the job done.

I wish I never called this company.

Very unprofessional. The notes he takes on his customers must have been written on my paperwork somehow so be forewarned as you are being profiled by this owner.

I had used them before and because they were reasonable, I called them back out to do the outside of my windows. They were careless with my new landscaping and plants that were around the house and easily avoidable. I was going to have them do some extra work but changed my mind due to their careless and poor judgment. The windows did look good though.

They cleaned just fine, nothing amazing but much better than I would have done on my own. The workers were nice; however, they showed up 1.5 hours late and no one ever called to inform me they would be late. I called the office 5 times to find out when they would finally arrive and each time I was told they would be at my home soon, which was just not the case. The price seemed decently fair, but I think most companies charge similarly. I was able to get about $25 knocked off the price after many calls to complain about the poor customer service.
