Lenka was incredible! She did an amazing job doing a deep clean of my condominium even with all the dog hair that my dog has been shedding. She paid attention to all details (i.e. cleaned windows, blinds, corners/crevices, dusted ceiling fans, organized kitchen counters, etc.). Additionally, she was very friendly and professional and was very respectful of my space as I am currently working from home. For example, before beginning to vacuum, she made sure that I wasn't on a work call as to not interrupt. Because of this great experience and the quality of the work, I have booked a biweekly clean of my condo with Lenka.

Lenka is very conscientious and honest. This was an unusual job where she was needed for a very grimy job at the last minute for a couple of tenants with a long history of heavy smoking, an overly crowded apartment, tenant mismanagement of the unit, and years of poor housecleaning. This cleanup was also following reconstruction work in the building and so the job also involved cleaning up plaster dust and debris to make for a job difficulty factor of 10. She came at short notice and literally rolled up her own sleeves to get to work washing down all walls. She scrubbed years of grime and the units looked so much better. Thanks Lenka!

Used twice and was not impressed. If you are looking for a regular cleaning, I am sure it is ok. But the attention to detail and larger jobs are not worth the cost. Needed to hire additional cleaning service to finish the job.

I hired Luxury Home Cleaning Service with intentions to use as recurring maid service. Lenka came out to pick up keys and see the condo in advance for an initial deep cleaning she suggested before starting recurring service. I have a two bedroom one bath place about 1000 sq ft. None of the ceiling fans were cleaned. The Lg screen in the living room was not cleaned. The computer screen was not cleaned. Under furniture and under bed was not cleaned and the mirrored closet in the BR was smudged. I paid the price she requested for deep cleaning and when asked why she did not clean the afore mentioned areas she stated she would focus on them next time and offered excuses rather than return to complete the job. I texted her I would not be requiring her service further. Very disappointed!
