On the phone, I asked for a deep clean as we are showing the condo for sale. What I got in person was a light clean. Essentially, paying someone for two and a half hours worth of work should not then require me to go back over and clean up after them. The bathroom looks good. The toilet and floor look fine. However, there was a noticeable line in the shower where the shower was cleaned and where it wasn't. The windows were cleaned inside and out and look good. The window sills less so, because our vaccuum died. If she brought her own, this wouldn't have happened. I requested on the phone for the cabinets to be wiped down and the inside and outside of the fridge and stove to be cleaned. The interior of the stove was cleanerd but the fridge interior was not cleaned. Additionally, the brillo pad used on the stovetop scratched it. The cabinets were still dusty and it was noticeable they were not wiped down/cleaned as there was still grease spots on the some cabinets (over the stove). Finally, you know how there is that gap between the oven and counter and sometimes crumbs get in there? Well, she missed that until I asked her to get it. She didn't bring enough of her own supplies and was constantly going into our closets looking for supplies, without asking. She knicked one of the walls (freshly painted) and although its likely not noticeable to a buyer, its noticeable to me. Overall I felt like she was rushing through and not paying attention to the details.

So friendly and very quick, leaving my apartment super clean. Would recommmend!
