She was lying about what she had done about the place. The cleaning job was SUPER easy: we bought a place that had been professionally cleaned by the seller. All we need her to do was to clean the dust and wipe the floor. I had to be away for some time so didn't monitor her closely. She pretended that she cleaned the dining room, living room, the closets, and the winder, but I later found dust everywhere and had to redo all the cleaning. I had never met a maid who was so dishonest... now I remember all the bad reviews she had on this platform, and she wasn't even sincere in her response to the reviews. PAY ATTENTION TO THE BAD REVIEWS. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE RATINGS.

Lenka is punctual and very thorough with a great attitude each time she shows up.

She was very thorough and friendly and didn't waste any time. The house needed a good deep cleaning after some work was done. After the cleaning was complete, I noticed a few area's that seemed as if they were missed- bedroom ceiling fan, also some "dust webs" still present in some corners, bathroom vent wasn't done either, and not sure if this is normal as I have never had a cleaning service before, but I'd imagine behind a couch would be cleaned, or behind a nightstand/dresser, but it wasn't... Aside from those things, it was pretty good. .

Lenka was prompt and did an excellent job on a house that really needed a thorough cleaning. I highly recommend her for any cleaning job no matter what size.
