They'd completely renovated, including their greenhouses. They had been closed all last winter due to the renovations. They have a wonderful indoor area now where they carry all of these decorations and wonderful things. They had items for decorating your home, dog, cat, bird feeders, you name it! The whole place has been very well decorated and the staff is very friendly. It has been very tastefully redecorated, and still has that homey feeling. They are so very helpful. Every time I've been there they've been very helpful. When I've been in there I've given them an idea of what I want and they've directed me to several options and then gave me time to decide what I wanted to do. Their prices are on par, and I believe the perennial plants I purchased have a 1 year warranty. And as a member of their garden club I even get a special discount.

Very professional. Donna came out and spent a good two hours in the rain measuring, taking pictures, and talking with my husband and I to get an idea of what we wanted and what would work for us. A few weeks later when we got the plan, it was so much more than I had hoped for. She took everything into consideration: exposure, size, site, color, plant habit and availability. Donna explained the plan and why she chose the plantings and what to expect from them. I have a basic knowledge of plants and have a design background. I have been doing my own gardening and planting for 20 years. I could never have come up with as good of a plan as this. You can tell that this was done by a professional in the field. We used a company Lurveys recommended to install the plantings. It was definitely worth the price and time to get it done right and to do it once and be done.

They are great, attentive, and they come when say they are going to come. They also do snow plowing.

they left instructions on how to care for the tree and they did all the work with the tree and they were very professional and the guy helped up pick out a tree.

Excellent experience. A sales guy spent about 20 minutes walking around the store with us, showing us the different plants that would work in our situation. They gave us planting and watering instructions. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the shrubs and bushes seem to be good quality.

This is a huge place with a lot to choose from. My wife and I spent nearly two hours with Charles and a very helpful staff lady picking out the trees and plants for our yard project. They know their plants! Took a little time getting the field stones in the quarry area, but they were really busy that day. All material was delivered for a nominal charge, and the trees were planted quickly and professionally. They showed up when they said and everyone involved was friendly. In all the confusion, I called and added things to my delivery without a problem. We got a lot of material and plant life for a reasonable price and professional service. Only one lady who answered some calls was grumpy - everyone else was cheery and pleasant. I would definitely recommend Lurvey's to family and friends.
