Both my Son and I, who have separate homes in Des Plaines Illinois contract lunar Landscape for all lawn services, shrub trimming, weeding and overall garden maintenance on a weekly basis. Vito will also provides detailed designs of garden beds and recommends the best plantings to increase the beauty of your home’s gardens. Hard-working and friendly staff. Owner was on site. Besides the yard cleanup, they removed 12 small tree stumps by hand. Did a fabulous job. Will definitely hire again.

From the initial estimate to the completed project, Vito was courteous, arrived on time, communicated all aspects of the project and did a wonderful job! He and his crew completed the project as planned and even cleaned up so well that when they were done, all that was left was a beautifully landscaped front yard!. Looking forward to working with Vito again next year for another landscaping project.

They did a great job. They got back to me quickly, came quickly to give me an estimate, and actually were able to do the job sooner than they originally anticipated. They showed up on time, Vito was onsite while the work was done, and the yard looks great.

IT was ok it was the end result that was bad. They just looked at the landscape and gave me a quote. I did not use them they were to high priced for me.

Vito the owner came out to quote the job and gave us back a quote when promised. Every aspect of their work was top quality. He took the time to explain every step of the job. Explained the plan if the weather didn't cooperate. Job was finished in the time quoted, clean-up was excellent. Would highly recommend this company.

It took a while for us to get our project done due to delays with rainy weather. Once Vito and his crew showed up, they did an amazing job with tearing out old and replacing with new, all in one day. Their clean up was very good as well. Our front yard looks so much better now.

Dug out & cleaned up areas before mulch was put down. They were fast, efficient, and professional. All areas completely clean after the crew had departed.......total time of 3.5 hours for a crew of 3/4 Will use again next season! John S

After many years of trying to find a reasonably priced landscape company who was also professional and reliable we turned to Angie's List and found Vito with Lunar Landscaping. We have never been so pleased with our yard and the work that has been completed. Vito came out for a quote in April and was able to answer every question we had and took the time with us to go over our needs and expectations. The work he has provided was done within the times he had promised and has more than exceeded our expectations. We are so happy that we found Lunar Landscaping and plan to have them as our Landscape Company for years to come.

We contacted Lunar and on 2/3/15 regarding some landscape work we needed done. We were told to contact them in "early spring." We contacted them again on 4/6/15, giving full details of the work we needed and our location. We were told to call the office the next day to set up an appt. When we called the office the following day, we were told by a female that they don't come out to Lake Zurich. This was a detail that had already been given when we were told to schedule an appt. A frustrating waste of time.

They come weekly. They don't charge more to take the leaves away. They do everything right and I've referred them to my neighbor.

Called in late March. Vito came out within two days with quote. Good price. Scheduled work to power rake, core airrate, mow, edge, cultivate, clean up and remove all debris. Crew came out and did nice job.

Working with Vito was great. I had originally reached out to receive estimates on a bunch of other work we thought we wanted to do in our yard this summer. Unfortunately our dreams far out reached our budget. Vito was great to work with as he provided detailed estimates and drawings and even reworked everything after I was able to give additional feedback. Once we had the estimates we were able to pick and choice the services/projects that fit into our budget this year. We will definitely continue to work with Vito in the future, now that we have a better understanding of what our dreams are going to cost.

They're excellent and very nice. They're very friendly, reliable and honest. I really like them. I do plan on using them again.

Contacted Lunar for a quote on trimming bushes. They were the most reasonably priced of the providers we contacted. Vito returned my call right away and came out promptly to provide an estimate. Once I signed the proposal, there was a bit of a delay in the time it took to get on their calendar. I did have to call and follow up with them to make sure they received my signed proposal and that we were on their schedule. I got a call back the next day with a date. They came out a day later than they said they would, but that was not a big deal. The work they did was excellent and Vito was very professional in my dealings with him.

Vito was one of the most professional landscapers I have ever talked to. He was very clear that he could get out in the next day or two to get the estimate to me however, he would not be able to get the work done for 10 days. All of those dates were met and the work was well done to my satisfaction.

GREAT customer service, Vito always answered my questions promptly! Due to weather, my appointment was rescheduled but it was always communicated. They came the following day as told and did a great job! Hopefully my lawn feels the same this coming spring!!!!

I have gone through several landscaping companies over the past couple years and was beginning to think that maybe my expectations were too high. The companies I've used in the past have always charged me an additional $100-$150 extra to clean up my lawn, and I have never once been satisfied with the job they did. Several arguments and landscaping companies later, I found Lunar on Angie's List. They came out and gave us an estimate right away. They also had us sign an agreement with the quoted prices for different services, and started that week. The signed agreement was really important to me, as I've been screwed over in the past with pricing and services. I asked Vito if they could come out and do the monthly cultivating and weeding, and his workers were out there the next day. They did such a stellar job, I thought maybe I had accidentally requested an additional service that I would be getting a bill for. I did NOT get a bill, and this was just part of the monthly service that I had signed up for. The workers came and got me several times during the service to confirm what I wanted cleaned up. After they were finished, they had me come out and see if I was satisfied with their work. My front and back lawn was a big old mess - and they really helped clean it up. I have only been with them for a month, but so far I am super happy with their service. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

This is the second time we used Lunar Landscaping and we were very happy with their service both times. The first time we did a general cleanup and removal of three small bushes. This latest time they did a full cleanup, a ton of weeding, weed killer application, created three mulch beds, etc, as listed above. The lead time was about three weeks (it wasn't a rush at all) and Vito was very communicative. When we email him, he responds quickly. He sent his insurance certificates quickly for anyone who verifies that sort of thing. Vito brings a crew and does some of the work himself. He will continue to be our go-to landscaper.

Several workers completed in two days; they were neat and efficient. I am very pleased and would use this service again.
