I filed a claim with my homeowners insurance regarding hail damage and the adjuster returned an amount of $14000. Having contacted Liberty to do the work, they recommended I challenge the finding in an attempt to get a larger amount. The result was the third party inspector contradicting the original findings, the insurance company rescinding their Initial settlement offer, and Liberty making a bunch of promises and then never returning calls or emails. This includes the initial representative, then the owner, and then their legal team. So their advice led to a settlement loss of over $14000 and they never made any attempt to make it right or follow up until over 2 months later. Then offered nothing beyond telling me nothing has changed. I found them to be highly untrustworthy, unprofessional, and unresponsive.
