Karl was everyday on jobc taking excellent care of the apartament- cover up everything, installed zip wall to seal off the living areas from const. zoone.Taking care of materials, helpfull with design of the materials, and great craftmanship.

Work was started August 9th and was completed September 14th. There was some delay waiting for the cabinets I had custom made. Karel was here the day after the cabinets arrived, ready to begin installing them! During the entire remodel Karel was in communication with me. If I had a question or needed to contact him, he responded in a timely manner. Karel asked for clarification if the plans for the kitchen remodel weren't clear. He explained unexpected problems, and suggested possible solutions. He performed quality work and paid attention to the details. Karel consistently double-checked measurements and checked that everything was plumb and level. He was concerned that I be satisfied with the height of the new knee wall. It was the most important detail of the remodel and I'm absolutely happy with it. During the entire remodel, the construction area was uncluttered and cleaned before he left for the day. I was amazed, that when he sanded the patched drywall, there wasn't a dense dust cloud escaping form the kitchen. Remodeling can be messy, however I had very little dirt and dust in the other rooms. I like the quality of his work, and will hire him to work on my gazebo.
