+ 7 moreMy 90 year old aunt passed away this past winter and her condo sorely needed updating before it could be put up for sale. We contacted Keith LeBeau at Kal's Services and were very happy with his service. Keith was full of ideas/suggestion that, while reasonable in price, would appeal to buyers. He is friendly and dependable and very professional. And the craftsmanship is excellent. The condo is now bright and cheerful and up to date. We highly recommend Kal's Services.
Description of Work: Keith repaired/leveled the concrete floor, added duo foam underlayment and installed laminate flooring in the kitchen & pantry. He replaced kitchen sink, faucet, counter tops and lighting fixtures, painted cabinets & replaced knobs and opened up wall to dining room by removing spindles and top board. He replaced old shelving in the pantry and hall closets with cut to fit wire shelving.He repaired/leveled concrete floor in master bath and hall bath and tiled floors, painted cabinets and replaced light fixtures. He replaced the closet doors with white 6 panel doors and replaced all light fixtures. He primed and painted the fireplace mantel.The whole condo has been painted. It's beautiful!

Description of Work: He did some touch up painting in our home and worked on some of the windows.
