Description of Work: They checked my heating and AC, and I had a leak, and they fixed it for me. They also replaced the water heater, and furnace which was a boiler.

+ -1 moreIt didn't go well. They called me in the morning and said that they would be out some time between 10:30 a.m and 11:00 pm. I stayed home all day waiting until they called at 4:30 to say that they couldn't make it that day. I told them I'd get someone else.

+ -1 moreJML did a great job replacing a cracked portion of a condensate line in my attic. The cracked PVC was up in the attic which is in a tight spot. Derek showed up the next day after I called and went up into the attic found the crack and replaced the pipe in a hour. There was only professionalism from him despite having to be in a hot tight attic digging through insulation for a hour replacing this condensate line. I would definitely hire this company again for any HVAC / Water Heater needs.

+ -1 moreDoesn't fix the problem, Just a waste of money and I was really disappointed.
Description of Work: I called JML to fix my air-conditioning because I saw water leaking. On 7-10-17, Two guys came up with nothing, they said they wanna asked me first what was the problem before they gather their tools. They take a look and said their going to get some cleaning spray to clean it up. When they came back after an hour, spray and cleaned the coil, cleaned the pan as well. They turn my air conditioning on and they other guy said it will be okay. He charge $30 for each spray bottle (2 bottles) and $220 for everything including the labor. After 30 minutes the water overflow from the pan again. The next day I called their office and said their guys didn't fix the problem, he said do you want me to send them again and I said no thank you. I don't wanna waste my money again.

Description of Work: We called JML this week when our air conditioner wasn't working properly; Jon the owner was great. They got a Tech, Memo, was out to service the A/C the next day. Memo called on his way to our house; he was personable and knowledgeable. He fixed our rooftop unit and had to knock out two hornets nests to get to it without any issues.

+ 0 moreYou can call there and they will be there. He'll call you back right away. I mean, he accommodates the people that he services. Just overall nice company, nice guy that owns it, reasonable. Did I find other people that were cheaper, yes, but I couldn't find the quality of work, and that is definitely worth paying for. He was there before I could get there.
Description of Work: Had him come out to give me an estimate for this fall for my house doesn't have heat or air in it, so it's like radiant. So yeah, his cost to redo everything is like $8,000. He actually worked on a couple of things for me, yeah, he worked on like a water heater and stuff that I had there and that so yeah. And then he gave me the cost of the heating and air conditioning, and the heater that was already there, we decided it was junk. And he found the water lines in the house and how everything works.

+ -1 moreJon was very responsive! He arrived within 24 hours from when I called and I had the quote for the work later that day. He was able to get me scheduled within a few days to get the work done and the work was done very well! There was an issue with some of the old wiring in my house that came up during the installation which caused the fuse to blow when the A/C/Heat turned on and he took the time (2-3 hours) to replace the wire to ensure the A/C worked without issues in the future.

+ 0 moreThe installers arrived promptly as scheduled with all necessary materials and equipment. They were professional, courteous and friendly, and were careful to clean up before leaving. Because of the cramped quarters in our boiler room, they had to remove part of one wall for the installation but they were careful to notify us of this beforehand to get our OK, and to perform the removal in a way that made the repair easy. Also, since it was a two day job, they were careful to install the water heater first so that we could have hot water in the evening before the second day. All work was done to our satisfaction and we feel that we received good value for our money. We would have no hesitation in recommending JML for any heating or cooling work.
Description of Work: JML Heating and Cooling installed a new boiler and water heater for us over in November of 2016.

+ -1 moreI called at 5:30 on a weekday, expecting to either pay a huge emergency fee or be told someone could come out the following day. However, Jon said he could be by in 15 minutes. He arrived quickly and was very friendly and professional. He was also very thorough and ended up filling up the air conditioner with more Freon. I though the price for the Freon was very reasonable compared to other companies we have used in the past. Jon also took a look at our furnace while he was over, but didn't try to upsell us on anything, just gave us tips. I will definitely call this company again in the future, and would recommend them to friends in the area.

+ -1 moreOur AC unit had stopped working the previous day, so I called a few local companies in the morning. The only one that answered without going through voicemail was Jon (the owner) at JML. After explaining our problem he had a few ideas of the cause, so we scheduled a service call for the same day. He called when he was on his way and arrived on time. Once here, he checked over the unit and diagnosed the problem. Fixed everything while he was here and kept the price to the service charge. Jon also gave some advice on a separate issue with the location and sizing of our return air ducts that would make the system more efficient.

+ -1 moreHave used them now for a few years. The owner is amazing. He's very thorough. If we asked questions, he knew the answer. Knew the HVAC system even though he did't install. Gave good advice.
Description of Work: Had him clean out vents in old house and did a "check-up" and come out and check before we turned air on in the summer and heat on in the winter.
