Left a message on the company's answering machine. Nobody ever called me back.

They were very professional, neat, and I was exceptionally pleased with all of the work as well as the workers themselves.

Jack was very professional from the start.  He was very open to our feedback in the overall design. His team was generally very prompt to leave and end during normal business hours.  We did have some very minor issues and Jack quickly resolved them.
We are very happy with the craftsmanship and have received many compliments on the remodel

Jack's workers were always on time, worked steadily, and cleaned up each day.
The project went smoothly, all our questions were answered promptly and the project was finished on time.  It took approximately 6 weeks.  We are very satisfied with the new basement space!

The work started on time and the crew was here every day at 8am until the work was completed. Drop clothes were put down
to protect the stairs and the carpet in the bedroom, they also covered all furniture in the bedroom with plastic. I had a problem with
 my vanity and had to reorder it which delayed the project 4 weeks but Jack was able to work with my schedule and get the job
completed.

Jack is a wonderful to work with. He is extremely patient and understands the needs of his client. His crew is highly skilled and has excellent attention to detail. Jack completely transformed a large home and was with us at every turn. We will continue to work with Jack for any future renovation needs. I highly recommend Jack for all your construction needs.

It was a very positive experience.

The basement looks great and we get compliments on it all the time. We plan on using them in the future. They were a bit more expensive than some of the other estimates we got but it was worth it.

I never received a response from these folks,even after leaving follow up messages, to inquire about a drywalling project. If the vendor was not interested then I should have received a response indicating that was the case.

I did not have a solid plan and added work as we went along. Jack was very flexible and accommodating. Great price for the work.

Jack, the owner, was very punctual and got me an estimate right away. He was always on time. We got a few other estimates and he was a little higher in price but we went with him because he was so punctual and gave us an outline of exactly when we would pay every installment for everything. He was very easy to work with in that way.

I highly recommend them. On budget, on time, no surprises.

John and his crew of competent and skillful craftsmen did a great job and were a pleasure to work with. They were punctual, skilled, detail-oriented, careful and professional.  The surprises and challenges we came across during the project were quickly, skillfully and fairly resolved.  If I do anything else to this house, this is my team!

After interviewing six contractors that ran the gamut from too small for our project, to wanting to build the Taj Mahal underground , we knew Jack Kawalsczyk of J.K. Complete Remodeling and Construction was the one for us. He not only listened to what we wanted and respected our budget, Jack brought creative possibilities to the drawing board that enhanced the look and functionality we wanted. He was the ONLY contractor who offered to reconstruct my storage shelves ion the unfinished area of the basement WITHOUT me having to ask!
The team of tradesmen he brought to the house were VERY SKILLED, on  time and had good communication with Jack. When something was called in to question, Jack, would visit the job site and/or phone both us and his team. We liked that when the un-expected happened, which will with any project, it was dealt with fairly and with minimal impact on the budget.
Only negative, the dry walling crew, didn't clean up after themselves, and had to be constantly asked to put down drop cloths.
Bottom line, our basement is everything we wanted - on time, in budget, passed inspections, I will definitely refer this company and use them again.

I received Jack's number from a friend who had a basement remodel. I wanted to have some drywall fixed in my home along with estimates on a master bathroom remodel. I originally contacted Jack in Dec of last year. At first, I left a message and he never responded. After a repeat phone call he did respond. He eventually came to my home to provide an estimate. He did arrive to my home on time the day he provided me with an estimate. The time frame he gave as to when he would provide me with an estimate after he met with me, did not happen. I had to call him several times afterwards before I received any information from him re: price. Finally, after Jack quoted me a price, I called him to inform him that I would like to proceed first with the drywall repair. He mentioned he would call back to give me a time frame as to when he would send someone out. He never called. Many repeated phone calls after this, and Jack has still not called back. Multiple messages left and no response.

His team was punctual, clean, and very professional.  Went through the work and outlined the details on the contract.  Jack communicated with me weekly throughout the whole process, and always got back to me quickly when I called with any questions.   Stayed on specified timeline and did not try to upcharge me.  Also, had recommendations for places that I could get my cabinets and countertops from which were also very good quality and affordable.  Ended up going with them for those items.  His services covered the main parts of the project, and I was responsible for taking care of getting the cabinets, countertops, and flooring.  I preferred this method since some of the other estimates I got which included this were much, much more expensive, and I preferred to find these items on my own. 
The services he performed were framing, electrical, plumbing and sink/toilet install, insulation, drywall, HVAC, labor for cabinetry and tile flooring, woodwork such as molding and doors, and painting.
Overall, I would highly recommend Jack and his team, and I have done so several family and friends who are looking for someone.  I am extremely happy with the end result of the basement, and we always get compliments from people when they see it.

This project was a basement refinishing project.  My home was built in 2007 and the basement was a full unfinished basement.  The portion of the basement that we planned on getting finished was approximately 700 sq. ft.  
I had several quotes for this project, some were very high and and others comparable to Jacks.  The reason I chose Jack was because he was the most patient with me as I had many questions and his price was in line with what I wanted to spend. I had met with him several times before deciding to start this project.  Jack took the time to come out and meet with me, answered my questions, and provided suggestions were I needed them.   I had already had the design of the basement mapped out myself, and Jack is an excellent choice if you know what you want and need someone to do the labor.  If you need an actual designer, this will cost you more.  
When I signed the contract with Jack he gave me an estimated start date and the actual start date was one day after the estimate.  Jack's workers were professional and always on time and kept the basement pretty clean.  I had some issues with the workers that Jack had to sub contract, as they would not show up on some days or come very late.  Once I notified Jack, he would always take care of the situation.  Jack was always very responsive to any issues I had throughout the project and I always received a call back within a couple hours.   The work was done well and the project took about 8 weeks to complete and this included a permit from the city.  I gave the overall quality a 'B' because there was some minor imperfections with the drywall and the paint job.  Overall, the basement turned out great and we have a great living space for my family.  I would definitely consider using Jack for any future contractor jobs.
The cost listed in review was not for all materials.  Materials that I was responsible for included:  Carpet, backup sump pump, specialty light fixtures, and bathroom fixtures.
