I’ve always wanted a second bathroom. I contacted JK Complete R&C. Jack came to my home and assessed the would be project. Jack gave me a reasonable price, start and proposed finish date. Then I met the crew John, Mike and Ziggy. We had a great relationship. Everything that was to be accomplished was explained to me on a daily bases. By the end of the project we had a bond and it felt like family. I also learned quite a bit in the process. I am total fascinated with my new bathroom. I have already recommended JK Complete to family members.

JK complete remodeling did a wonderful job on our basement! They were always on time, and working very hard to complete the job. They kept us updated on everything they were doing throughout the process. The work they did on our basement turned on amazing, from the painting, to the floors, everything looks perfect and professional. We hired Jack some time ago for some big jobs and are having issues now because of shoddy work done at the time. First, both bathrooms’ ceilings were painted with flat paint. Over time, the moisture caused the paint to flake and mold to form. A semi- gloss should have been used, which I would have expected a professional to know. We had them install a jacuzzi tub. The plumber mixed the hot and cold lines. We had to shut the water to the jacuzzi off to be able to get hot water in the shower. We will be selling soon and this will not be a cheap fix. The upper cabinets they installed in the kitchen are coming off of the ceiling. The rest of the work was okay, but not happy about having unprofessional with done after we paid so much.

Jack and his team were terrific. The work was done on time and was high quality and they were courteous and considerate in the house. they also were very accommodating for scheduling problems.

We used JK a few years ago at our old house to tear up tile in our basement and lay down a vinyl click-lock floor. That project went great, so when we moved into our new house I called Jacek to take on our basement project. Jacek's guys took over for a mess-- bare floor, drywall that had been cut 4 feet off the ground to accommodate drain tiles, framing that was missing the bottom 2 x 4s. It took a few weeks, but JK turned it into an entirely usable space. They fixed the framing, hung the drywall, laid down the floor, installed trim and painted. Very reasonable price. Jacek is great to work with, as is his crew. Knowledgeable and professional.

Jacek and his team did a phenomenal job on my basement remodel. I had a 1000 sq-ft unfinished basement and wanted to turn it into livable space. Jacek and his team did a phenomenal job my space into to a master bedroom ensuite with a full bath. They were exceptional in performing the the required tasks in terms of professionalism, quality, cleanliness, attention to detail, and responsiveness. I would definitely recommend them to any one.

Jack and his team did an excellent job remodeling a non functional bathroom in our home. They replaced old plumbing lines running from the basement to the second floor bathroom, removed an old block glass window which required framing for a new window on the exterior wall. They took care of all the tile work and fixture installation. Great job overall.

JK Complete Remodeling & Construction remodeled our basement for us, and added a full bathroom. Jack was great to work with from the very beginning. He was upfront about the scope of the project, and was very fair about both his initial pricing in the contract, as well as changes that we made along the way. His team was amazing -- not only were they extremely competent in their work, but they always found solutions for unforeseen problems along the way (our home was built in 1901, so any rehab project is going to uncover some problems). Those guys can do anything. Our basement went from being a cold, dated hole in the ground to a warm and inviting family room with a full bath. We have future home projects in mind, and will only want to work with Jack and his team again.

Jacek and his team do excellent work. They arrive on time as scheduled, get work done efficiently (they met my timeline), clean up the work site, and made sure all details were complete at the end of the job. I highly recommend them for a job well done and consistent communication during the project. They are a pleasure to work with and they took away much of the stress of the construction process. I will use them again for my next home or apartment project.

Cannot imagine it going any better than it did. Responsiveness, flexibility, professionalism and high quality craftsmanship were demonstrated throughout the entire process. Great sensitivity was shown with regard to Covid-19.

Jack from JK was very responsive and had great ideas. The work was finished on time and he was very receptive as I changed my mind throughout the project. There was never a time when I asked for a change and the answer was no. He found a way to get it done for me. The finishing work is great and there was a great attention to detail.

Jack and his team were great! Initial quote: Jack came on time and communicated well throughout. Quote was provided in a timely manner unlike some other contractors I had contacted. A clear contract was provided with all work in writing along with prices and milestones. Work began promptly and was done with great quality and care. We had Jack come out to our home to give us some ideas about our basement and provide us a proposal. He was very knowledgeable and had some great input as to layout, materials and general ideas. He provided us a quote pretty quickly and was accurate about his start date. We had a complete basement build out, including a kitchenette, bathroom with shower and storage area. We are extremely pleased with the quality of workmanship and professionalism. His crew was attentive and provided great advice throughout the project. They opened up part of our basement stairs and installed double barn doors to our storage area. His guys did a white wash finish on the barn doors that look absolutely amazing! He was very easy to work with and accommodated us with some additional work throughout the project. He let us know when the the different stages would start, and he was spot on with his timing. I would definitely recommend Jack and his crew for any type of remodeling work! Thanks Jack!

This is the second remodeling project we have used JK Complete Remodeling for and once again it turned out great. We did a complete remodel of a full bathroom. Jack (Jacek) came out to look at the project and had a quote for me within a few days. He was very helpful in advising on what materials to buy for the project. Jack's team is very skilled, courteous of my house and kept things cleaned up each night. The project was on schedule and I was very happy with how everything came out and that they could handle all aspects of the remodel. I will definitely call them for my next remodel!

Jack took detailed notes during home quote visit and provided us an initial estimate over the phone. His proposal was comparable to other bids we got. We decided to move forward and he sent us a written estimate via email. The first estimate was slightly over original amount due to known possibility with electrical and additional work we wanted. They started the project and it took about 6 weeks to complete. There were some bumps in the beginning with days/time they were working but we were able to sort that out and all was good. Ralph was the main guy that did most of the work. He did a nice job and made sure to clean up after the end of each day. Basement turned out great and We are very happy with it.
