They took care of everything. They dealt with my insurance company. They did great work. They cleaned everything up. I was very happy with them. I was very impressed with how they helped me out. They were very open and honest, and gave me a lot of information about the products they used. They were always here when they said they would, never left me waiting. If there was any issue, I would call, and they took care of it right away. It's so nice to work with a company that is so open and honest and really wants to please the customer, they will go out of their way to make you happy. I have had more compliments on my house, it's amazing.

They came measured roof and fence.After couple of days they sent to me professional quote I agreed with price and they gave me the day of start.On the date the workers came and finish the roof in one day.Next day they start installed fence and it took them three days to finish.All job was done professionally.

Initially, I used Illinois Home Renovation (IHR), as a public insurance adjuster. They told me that the insurance company adjusters take shortcuts and leave out details to save the insurance companies money, whereas public adjusters negotiate on behalf of the homeowners to get what they deserve from the insurance companies to get the repairs done the right way. IHR inspected my house and roof and advised me that I had hail damage to my roof which caused interior damage due to water leaking into the house. Before they inspected my house, I did not realize that the minor paint damage in my kitchen was due to water. IHR was present when the insurance company inspected my property. They negotiated with the insurance company to get me a new 30-year roof, new gutters with oversized downspouts, new kitchen ceiling and ceiling insulation, new flooring in my kitchen and family room, and a new paint job in the affected rooms. When I elected to hire IHR as my roofing contractor, they paid my $1,000 deductible so that I had no out-of pocket costs. I was happy with all the work that they did. They were very professional in their dealings with me and the insurance company. I liked that I did not have to deal with the insurance company except to let them inspect my property, and that I got paid for more extensive repairs because I used a public adjuster.
