 + -1 moreOverall, everything went really well. I just thought that the money I paid for being informed I needed a new machine was like throwing it to the wind.
Description of Work: I needed to have my washing machine repaired and found this company on Angie's List. The repair man called to tell me he was on his way and was right on time. He was very friendly and about an hour into it, was honest enough to tell me that it would probably be a better idea to buy a new machine. Not the news I had hoped for (the machine was a little over a year old!) But, most machines can't survive 2 feet of flood water! I thought it was a little high priced to have the machine examined for $169.00, but the overall experience was good. I'd probably ask more about pricing first before using them again.

 + -1 moreThey were very responsive and got the job done very quickly. They are very easy to work with, and I would highly recommend them to others. I really don t have anything negative to say about them.
Description of Work: They repaired a furnace and an oven in a rental property that we have. The igniting light went off on the oven and they did maintenance on the furnace. The work took 1 hour.
