+ -1 moreThis guy is a thief. Good talker, lots of excuses, bottom line he took 2/3 of my estimate so he could hire the guys and buy materials and then cased my check within 10 minutes after leaving my house. He NEVER came back! He NEVER started the project and then NEVER paid me back the money he took. I've filed charges against him and it's all pending currently in court. After doing a bit of investigating, he seems to have the habit of stealing from a lot of people. STAY AWAY!!!
Description of Work: He took my deposit.

+ -1 moreStay as far away from this contractor as possible. He took deposit but came up with a million excuses on why he couldn't do the work. This guy is not honest and is definitely not trustworthy.

+ -1 moreDO NOT HIRE THIS GUY. Terrible experience. We don't have our fence or a deposit 10 weeks after giving him money. Hope to close down his business if I can help it.
Description of Work: Dennis Frey came to our home on September 2, 2012 and quoted a fence for our home. He told us he needed a down payment for the job to buy the cedar wood. He said call me when you have the fence permit. Today is November 7 and we have no fence and no down payment. We contacted the Attorney General's consumer fraud office today. We will also be taking him to small claims court. Check out BBB I wish i had before I used him... he has a F rating. This was a bad referral that I received from someone where he actually had done the work for them. Don't trust this guy.
