I love this business! My aunt has used them for years and referred me to them. I paid extra the first time they came by because they cleaned up several garden beds, removed all debris, etc. They came every week from May throughout Oct. and were very professional. A few times I was home, I asked them to move heavy items to the curb and tipped them.

After many calls to set up a snow removal service for my residence, even using a Spanish speaking person to talk to them. We agreed on the service. They also service my next door neighbor. They didn't show up for snow removal, but still serviced my neighbor. We called and they will not return the call. They stink!!!!!

Mr. Serrano called me back a couple of days after the initial phone call. After playing phone tag over the course of a day, we finally spoke. By this time, however, I had hired another company. I told Mr. Serrano that his services were no longer needed three separate times as clearly as I could. He kept telling me to ''wait a minute'' then proceed to say that he would do my lawn and asked where I lived. It escalated to the point where I had to say ''thank you and goodbye'' then hang up on him. I don't know if there was a language barrier or he was just really pushy, but the experience has left a horrible taste in my mouth.

This man was terrible. I called and left a message for some yard work and after a week of hearing nothing I called "Candy" back and told him I was a member of Angie's list and he was shown with an A for responsiveness, yet this was not my impression at all. I heard from him a week later when he called us at 9:45 PM and he just didn't sound right. My husband gave him directions and we have never heard from him since. It's been over 2 weeks. I will never call him again.

Very pleased. I called Mr. Candido in the morning and he returned my call that evening. I explained that due to a family emergency we were unable to perform the final yard clean up ourselves. We agreed on a price (he was familiar with the street and size of the yards). I was fair with my offer and he accepted. They came out a few days later. It was BITTER cold but it was to snow the next day. He and his crew worked like a well oiled machine. The lawn looks great. Better than ever. They removed just about every spec of leaves. He told me that if I would like grass cutting in the spring it would run $20 per visit (very fair). I would highly recommend Mr. Serrano and his crew.

CANDY WAS QUICK & DID A COMPLETE JOB. THE YARD LOOKED GREAT & HE TOOK AWAY ALL OF THE CUT GRASS & LEAVES. HIS CREW WAS VERY EFFICIENT &, BEFORE WE KNEW IT, THE WHOLE YARD WAS DONE. THEY EVEN DID A GREAT JOB OF GETTING ALL OF THE LEAVES ALONG SIDE OF THE HOUSE & BACK BEHIND THE GARAGE. WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED & ARE HOPING TO HIRE THEM NEXT YEAR TO DO THE YARD ON A REGULAR BASIS.
