Fantastic. Jerry did a fantastic job of explaining everything. The crew were great. They cleaned up everything after the completed the job. We are TOTALLY happy.

The serviceman did an excellent job. BRC is our go to HVAC service provider.

It was amazing! They came on time, even worked a day earlier so we would have heat before it got too cold at night. They worked around the hours that my husband or I could be home and were very sweet to out 2 year old little girl. Who referred to Jerry as "papa" more than once. He talked to her so nicely when she was in the room. They cleaned up nicely and walked us through everything that they did. They will be back in the summer to double check the air, but we are so, so happy! We would recommend them to anyone in the area.

The technicians showed up when promised and was very quick both times. Jerry even offered to store the unit at his warehouse so that it wouldn't be appealing to scrappers driving by for a few weeks while the patio was being replaced. It would have been sitting in the yard otherwise. Overall i was very happy with the work and dealing with the company.

Service tech was on time and pleasant. He thoroughly cleaned the furnace and checked it out. Spent about 45 minutes on job. Also reminded me to turn the furnace back down when he left. We've been using BRC for years. As a matter of fact, we had them install the furnace & a/c unit about 8 years ago, along with building and creating venting to the room addition which prior didn't have any central air or heat. Now the room is cozy in winter and cold in summer. And the beam they installed is beautiful! AND - best part, they are family owned and you feel like a friend when they are done with the job.

They are always on time, prepared, polite and professional. When I have had emergencies, they always fit me into their schedule and comes over as soon as possible.

Al has been our serviceman for over 10 years. He is friendly, efficient and we are very happy with B.R.C. They installed a new furnace a few years back. Very professional company!

The owner came here and did the analysis and he ordered the air conditioner. He later had his crew install it. It was extremely efficient and very professional.

My air conditioning system was leaking and they cleaned out the pipe and showed me how to do it myself in the future. They are very reliable and nice people to deal with. I have had problems over the years with the furnace going out in the winter time and they always come out right away, which is important to me. I think their pricing seem reasonable.

The company did exactly what they said they would do, for the price they specified. They finished the work in one day, and cleaned up well after the job was done. I thought the quality of the work was good.
