Paul was very courteous on the phone, and I was able to send him pictures of the project and communicate via email. It was an extremely easy and quick process. He was prompt with his quote, it was just over 50% more than all the other quotes I received, so I went with another provider.

The project was a two day event. One to remove old tub and prep for new look. Then putting in the new look. From meeting the first time with Paul to get the estimate , through the work being done by Joe, till Paul coming back to make sure we were satisfied we could not have been more pleased with the process. Excellent workmanship and quality product , we have two more bathrooms we will need done someday, and will be sure to call them back to do the work.

I called first time 8/19-14 to discuss about my project and they promptly called back the same day. Visit was scheduled for 8/22-14 but they canceled that for a good reason (flooding at owner's basement). They promised to call back 8/25 to reschedule the visit. They didn't call 8/25 and not by 8/27 either. I called them again 8/27 and left a message if they are interested in the job. They still haven't called back and now it is 9/4. I chose another contractor. Timo Vierimaa.

Very well. I selected this provider as he installs tub surrounds so I felt confident he could install a grab bar without worrying about cracking the already existing tub surround. He was easy to work with scheduling and his worker was neat, polite, prompt, efficient, and had no problem finding studs through the laminated wall. He even recaulked some of the old caulk.

Excellent customer service. Excellent pricing. Always on time. Answered all our questions and more. We own apartment buildings and deal with contractors often. This was the most positive experience we've ever had.
