The crew was very nice, curtious, and punctual for the duration of the job. Pete was also very helpful when picking out materials that would work best for our budget and style of house. He helped us come up with a beautiful design that we are going to enjoy for many years to come. Thank you 3D!! We will definately use you again when we want to put in our back patio

The project went very well. Pete was very easy to work with and kept us informed throughout the process. The crew that came to install the patio were professional, punctual and tidy.

Frank had referred us to their "sister" landscaping firm, Choice Cut Landscaping, to work with Mike DiPietro on a landscape design for our yard. He created a simple, curving walkway design that went perfectly with our prairie style home. When we were ready to select the material Frank arranged for us to go to Lurvey Landscape Supply so that we could see all the paving material samples in person and take a few bricks home to see how they would look in our yard. I was home when the layout was marked so I could actually see where everything would go and get a better idea of the scale of the project. The work took about 7 full days. The workers were very professional, very courteous and answered any questions I had. We are so thrilled with the job they did. For years we have dreamed of doing something nice with our yard and from design to installation, 3D gave us that dream. We now have the beautiful clay brick patio and walkways we always wanted and an empty canvas of new soil to begin landscaping. We look forward to working with Mike on our landscape design and will surly post a review when we do that project.

It took multiple follow up calls and weeks to get an estimate. The work was not completed on time, and was done only after multiple calls. The workmen left a mess, and the work was done so poorly, it had to be redone by another contractor.

We received a fast response for a quote on the necessary repairs.

We loved working with 3D brick paving. Our project manager was Pete Pontikis and he was very easy to work with. He responded to our calls and emails quickly and he kept his promises to us in terms of pricing and setting a date for getting the job done. They had a really nice materials center that we got to choose our stone at and the project turned out better than we even imagined. The crew they had working on our project was outstanding. The craftsmanship was wonderful and they worked straight through to get the project done by the time we needed it. We had a very tight schedule to get the work done due to a graduation party and they came through for us. I would not hesitate to recommend them for a project.

We contacted this company based on Angie's List reviews. They came out and provided a proposal relatively quickly, but it did not include all of the specifics they indicated it would. We emailed back for clarification and never got a response. For a job that was probably going to cost about $40k, their lack of interest was surprising.

Everything went very smoothly. We made a mistake in the initial scheduling, and 3D voluntarily moved around the crew's work schedule to accommodate our needs on short notice, which we really appreciated. The crew finished the job in a few hours, and the final results looked great.

This company is great! We had 3 quotes. They were not the cheapest nor were they the most expensive. They were about in the middle. However; we did see work from the cheapest quote and saw that their bricks over time became wavy and slanted. I call about 3 to 5 customer's on their referral list and EVERY REFERRAL called me back! They were so excited about the quality and experience with the company! In fact, one referral misunderstood and thought I was from 3D Brick Paving because she was actually getting more work done by them! The price is fair for the quality. I always shop around but referrals are strong to me and this company had one of the strongest referrals I ever experienced. When you are paying $7K plus for a patio, you want to make sure your dealing with a quality company. Call their referrals for yourself and you'll see! Our salesman was Pete! He was fun, personable, and honest! He did what he said they'd do and stood behind the work all the way. Two years later and I'm still excited to tell people about their work!!

From the first phone call and meeting for estimate with Peter Pontikis (one of the owners) to the completion of our project, it was very professional and friendly. But Pete and his team actually far exceeded expectations. One of the reasons we were taking on such a big transformation of our backyard was to accommodate our sweet little 3 year old neighbors with cerebral palsy. The spend a lot of time with me on a daily basis and the littlest most effected boy can't sit up, crawl or walk. So when the other children are running around our yard he could participate. Now with the expert way Pete Pontikis and his team designed the pavers it is totally accessible to his walker and he is really enjoying the freedom of "running' around with the others. We are having a party next Saturday to celebrate this little one's mastery of his walker and Pete made sure to fit us in so that the entire area was completed and beautiful. The teams who worked on our yard were so wonderful and careful with our underground sprinking system and took time with surveying the areas for proper water drainage. I contacted them on 4-10-14. They responded asap and we set up an appointment. Pete came out and measured, gave me references, etc. The lead-time was about 3-4 weeks. Their price per square foot was most competitive and we decided to give them the job. Once they started working it took 3 days to get the job done. The patio was just a simple patio without seating, etc. The guys showed up early every day and cleaned up when they left. We would have liked one section of it widened, and we talked to the team leader about it, but they really didn't widen it very much. There is a big tree whose roots are right there and he said it would tamper with the rest of the curve of the patio. I don't believe it was on the original plan. That's the only small, hiccup we had. Overall, we're very happy with the patio and service walk and we'd use them again.

Frank and is crew did a great job.Concrete patio and walkway were orginals with house (40+years) and in need of replacement. Had several quotes for both concrete replacement and pavers. Pavers ended up only being a few thousand more costly than concrete with prospect of longer durability. 3D did work over an entire week, breaking up old concrete, laying down new pavers and ensuring all work was done with minimal mess. Work included moving the piping for an old in ground gas grill I had. Moved it to a more convenient place so I can hook up a portable gas grill. All in all it came out very nicely. Got lots of compliments on the work. And Frank was there to answer all my questions and spent lots of time with us as we went through the process of selecting and designing what we wanted. A Frank has been back out a couple of times to address some very minor issues without charge. Very professional and stands behind his work. Definitely recommend 3D Brick Paving.

I can not say enough good things about Pete and his crew at 3D. From beginning to end, just the best experience. I started gathering proposals for my patio project in the fall, so that I could hit the ground running in the spring. I got three bids. 3D's was right in line with another, and less than the third. I am so glad I went with them. These guys are true professionals. Pete was incredibly responsive with the changes I made to the design along the way, sending new renderings and quotes. He was very complimentary of my design choices, which was a nice to hear through the process. The crew was extremely professional and skilled. We have a small Chicago back yard, and they worked out the grading before they began. All through the job, they were measuring the grade and making sure they installed at just the right pitch. They were prompt, extremely hard working, and entirely cleaned the work site at the end of each day. Our back yard is absolutely beautiful. An amazing transformation. We can't believe it's ours! We have gotten so many complements on it. I give my strongest recommendation to Pete and the crew at 3D. If we ever have another paving job, these are the guys we'll call. You can rest assured with confidence that your job is in the right hands with them.

Great service. Very professional and high quality material

Frank from 3D came to our house and spent a good amount of time explaining the best way to do the patio. I went to their showroom to pick out the bricks and then we set the date. I believe there was a day delay due to rain, but they arrived the next day and finished in less than a week. We had them come back out to put more sand in the joints and to clean up the grass around the area where the patio and sidewalk were placed, but Frank was very responsive. We got two quotes, and while 3D was the higher quote, their references were extensive. Not long after the patio was finished, we had a rain storm that dropped a ton of rain in about 10 minutes. We were really happy that the water drained away from the house as planned.

Great company! Mike came out to quote brick work. Gave me many options and took his time to answer all my questions. He got all the measurements, took pictures and sent to his brother Nike who does the concrete. Nick got me a quote in a couple of days and the work was done a few weeks after ( my village took 10 days to approve permit). The did a beautiful job and the clean up was immaculate!!! I was very impressed and happy. I highly recommend them! Great job guys.....thank you!

Overall my experience was exceptional. Frank came out to give me a quote and was not pushy at all. Of the three quotes we received he was the only one that was not. His quote was much more in line with project than the other two. His crew came out and got the project done in one day as promised. Great work! Would recommend and use again. Thanks Frank!

The design and end result looks very nice! They were helpful in enhancing the design and they completed the job in an ample amount of time. Our overall experience was wonderful -- highly recommended.

I dealt with them last year, they were very professional, but very expensive. They came out in July. They were going to do a patio, a paver, but of course they had to pick their most expensive one. A paver stone patio with one wall and then a sidewalk, and then the front. I did everything, they knew what I wanted. Their design and everything was very nice but it was too expensive. I think she was ready, she had all the tools and she gave me a lot of information on the stone. She was very professional. They were very prompt.

Did a very nice job fixing loose pavers and sealing. Made the driveway and patio look brand new.

This was a relatively small project, but Pete and his crew treated the job like it was just as important as any big project. They understood what we were looking for, figured out a way to do it inexpensively, and got it done quickly. Highly recommended.

I quickly realized why I hired professionals to do this work. When on site, it was planned out like a military operation. The crew came on time every day, and worked hard. The work looks amazing and has turned my driveway from an eye sore into a showcase.

We should have installed another drain.

It was fabulous. They were awesome. It was like 2 years ago, I think, or maybe a year and a half. It was a long ago, I do not remember. It was price and responsiveness. They were really quick, did exactly what they said they were going to do, always stay in touch, and communicated great throughout the process. I do not remember if they were punctual or honest with me but I am not even happy with, like based account of my mind, so I am sure they were punctual.

I personally did not hire 3D, but my neighbor did. Their crew came out twice in the middle of the night (2 am) and worked on her property. both times I asked the crews to come back at reasonable hours as they were waking my family. Second time I even called the police. That is bad enough. Looked them up here, saw that they won awards and was hoping that a call with them would straighten this up. Unfortunately my call with their supervisor Frank (was given a card by one of the crews to talk to him) was worse. Paraphrasing the conversation, these are storms, his crews have to work, I should be understanding. He went on to say "next time if you want, call the police." So, if you want to be woken and to wake up your neighbors in the middle of the night, hire them, if not you might want to look for a different provider.
