Description of Work: They removed about 19 feet of existing sidewalk leading to my front stoop. Also removed front stoop and replaced it, first pouring a footing, and then replaced it with beautiful Copthorne pavers. They also diverted a downspout and sump pump discharge by placing drainage hose under the sidewalk and into the middle of the yard. Pete gave me an extremely detailed estimate, and answered all my questions. They cleaned up the property and planted grass seed when finished. I love my new porch and sidewalk!

Description of Work: I had a addition put on so they cleaned up, and laid down the stone patio and connecting pavers in the back yard. In addition, they recommended piping the down flow from the gutters under the patio area so it won't get destroyed in a heavy rain. They laid sod, and gave me back my yard. A great job.

Description of Work: 3D did a really nice job of installing a paver front walkway and driveway ribbon. They also, removed sod and installed gravel around fire pit. Friendly, easy to work with. Great work crew were always nice and on time. Would recommend.

Description of Work: They came back this past Spring to power wash all the brick in the driveway and re-sand it. They had previously used metal edging and they had replaced those with their new material for the edging as well. They had also replaced a couple of bricks to make them look uniform with the rest of the bricks in the driveway.

Hi [member name removed], I'm Mike, DO YOU REMEMBER ME ! We spent over an hour on the phone discussing what the problem might be regarding your mortar on the garage wall deteriorating and the water issue on the inside of the garage wall. Our concrete division, ( Which has nothing to do with 3D Brick Paving ) poured a new stoop and steps in concrete for you, which they did a good job and you paid them. Now your having the mortar on the house bricks deteriorating along the whole wall, even well away from the new stoop and steps that were installed. We discussed what might be causing this and I told you that it might be ground water coming up where the garage floor meets the wall therefor your drywall was absorbing all that moisture and obviously the wooden studs were soaked and the moisture was being absorbed by the house bricks, I told you that I've seen it before as it happened to me in one of the garages we used to rent before moving to this office in 1998. We had so much rain this Spring that lasted all the way till the middle of July and we discussed the possibility that since we haven't had this kind of weather for so many years, that it was a good possibility that ground water under you garage floor was coming up around the edges and you agreed with me. As far as an estimate, we never discussed anything except that I recommended that you call a mason contractor and have the bricks and mortar sealed, you also said you were going to call Permaseal and get their opinion. I don't know what estimate you were waiting for from us since we don't work on house bricks. Good luck and if you need an estimate on anything that has to do with brick paving please call me on my cell 847-417-5510 and I'll be more than happy to come and see you personally. I'm sorry if there's some misunderstanding that I'm not aware of.

Description of Work: Didn't return first call. Sent out wrong guy on second call. Told ME to make third call and get correct guy. Who proceeded to go to the wrong house, after reading the correct address to me over the phone. Ended up submitting a quote for the highest price over all other bids. Bid did not include the work requested.

I'm sorry about your experience, BUT YOU SHOULD MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE RIGHT COMPANY BEFORE YOU WRITE SUCH REVIEWS !!!!! Why would any of 3D Brick Paving estimators ask YOU to make a 3RD call, THAT has never happened in 34 years I've owned 3D Brick Paving. It happens almost on a weekly basis that one of my estimators may go to an estimate that might have drainage issues, or it might be very complicated and they don't want to make any mistakes in giving a customer a wrong quote or information. When a situation like that occurs, they bring the estimate request form back to the office with pictures of the property and the intended scope of work and PLACE IT ON MY DESK ! Then I personally call and set up an appointment, so I can shoot the elevation grades and come up with different options to solve the drainage issues. That's our standard procedure, we would never ask a customer to call the office AGAIN and make another appointment. That would be STUPID on our part, because if the customer doesn't call back then we just lost a potential job. Like I said, sorry about your experience with whatever company you dealt with, but it sure wasn't us. Mike D'Aiello

I looked from the beginning of October thru the end of November 2014 and I can't find an appointment that was scheduled with you. Again, I apologize if we possibly made a mistake on our part. It is our policy to write in the appointments in the estimators book while the client is on the phone, but as I said your name doesn't exist. I would be more than happy to make it up to you personally, as you can see from our reviews, we take a lot of pride in customer satisfaction. We would not have done this on purpose.
