They were very professional in their estimate and the work they performed. They cleaned up after themselves and the whole job was done in the time they said it would take. We appreciated that one paver had a dimple in it and they came out and replaced it.

The crew was courteous, professional and efficient.

I am contacting other hard landscape/paver companies through Angies list for help as I have lost hope that 3D will help. It's very disappointing as 3D did a beautiful job on the original patio. Sadly their follow up for repairs is not so beautiful. Update: The work is to be completed the week of July 18th. When it is complete and water tested I will report back. I am happy that someone called back even though late. *Update: July 21, 2011 Mike has begun work power washing and sealing the stoop which he believes will halt the water coming into the basement.

They did all the jobs very well. It now looks like a brand new driveway and patio. A couple of guys came out and the leader knew exactly what he was doing. He had a helper with him. The steps leading to the patio had not come loose but they were shifting a little bit and they repaired those. They cleaned up all the debris and stuff in such a way that you would never know that they had been here except for the fact that things look much better. I am very happy with them. Frank, the owner, is quite willing to work with you if you are willing to work with him a little bit.

The crew worked from early morning till early afternoon. The finished work looks beautiful. They gave us a much better price than another company. We got some lower quotes too. They let us take a look at examples of what they had done especially in the close by areas that we live in. We liked what they had done. They also have an area where we can see samples of their work.

They were very professional, responsive, courteous and quick. The quote was good. They were topnotch and did a good job. Their estimated price was around $9000. I received two other estimates, and I have not made a decision yet on whom to choose.

Frank (co-owner) and his staff are very friendly, approachable and accommodating. We had to modify our original design and 3D was still able to complete the job within the same week of the original start time. Price is a bit more than other bids, but the Angie's list discount helps and the experience/results make it worth the extra cost.

Pete and his crew did a great job! I'm very happy with the patio and walkway, and got a lot of compliments from friends and neighbors. The process was very smooth right from the start. Pete came to my house on a Saturday (only a couple of days after my initial phone call) to measure and to listen to what we wanted. He made some good suggestions on design and gave us an estimate within a week. We've got bids from a total of four companies, all of which have good reviews on Angie's List. 3D Brick Paving's pricing was reasonable, and they didn't seem to try to "nickle and dime" me for every little thing. After we made the decision to go with 3D Brick Paving, they made beautiful 3D drawings of the detailed design. It really helped me visualize how our patio and walkway will look like and gave me confidence that the finished product will integrate well with our house. We also used the 3D drawings a lot when communicating with the crew during the construction. The crew was great too. Everyday, they came on time, worked hard throughout the day, and cleaned up before they left. They were able to finish everything in 6 days. During the construction, Pete came a couple of times whenever necessary, and was always available on the phone when I have questions or concerns. I guess I'll have to wait and see how the patio and walkway will hold up after a winter or two, but with the 5 year warranty, I have high hopes that any issue will be taken care of without hassle.

Great. Pete described my options to me, and showed me which stones would look best within the price range I wanted to spend. He coordinated the process with the paving company so that the brick pavers and the asphalt would be installed nearly simultaneously for best results. Now instead of a mud ditch, it looks great next to the driveway.

It was great. Their price was the best, the work was good, and I was very satisfied. The contact guy I worked with is named Pete. I highly recommend them.

Mike D'Aiello advised us personally and patiently went with us through several design discussions before we started the project. The pricing of the various estimates was very transparent and so was the final invoice. They are not the cheapest (especially compared to many of the dozens of landscaping crews around which also offer paving services.) However, we decided to go with 3D Brick Paving because the description of work in their terms and conditions was the most detailed and professional of all the quotes we received, and we were willing to pay some extra for the certainty of dealing with an experienced company; above all, they offer a 5-year warranty on their labor. This should in my opinion not be underestimated, since a sloppy paving job will show signs of deterioration over time, which can be quite costly to fix. The crew arrived on time on the agreed date and we were very pleased with their overall performance. They worked conscientiously, did exactly what we asked them to do, were polite, and left everything clean after completing their job. The overall project took them three days (which was what Mike had advised us up-front). We love the way the patio and the retaining walls look and would definitely hire 3D again.

The company was sensitive to our budget, solved design problems creatively, and finished the work in less than 3 days. We are delighted with the result.

I worked with Frank. He was exceptional and made sure that I selected the correct materials for the wall. The team was exceptional, they were really excellent. Their pricing was good, they weren't the lowest or the highest but they were quite reasonable and did very high quality work.

I’m nearly a year late in getting this very excellent review up for 3D. But they just came through for me again! And I am so grateful for their services, I can’t tell you! 3D Brick Paving, which I found on Angies List, was an absolutely great find! Pete and his crew worked with me on a basis I never thought a contractor would. I wanted to save some money on relaying a really messed up patio made of bluestone. The previous winter we had to have the center of the patio dug up to fix cracked pipes installed beneath it. So I got 3D’s estimate, and asked if we could shave some off if my son & husband removed the bluestones and I created a map of how to relay them. 3D agreed to cut that part of the estimate substantially! I called them in early October and we agreed on a schedule of activity and the general design of the patio remodel. I pushed myself to number and map every slab in the old patio, and made a computer diagram for the guys to follow. 3D brought me pallets to stand the stone slabs on their side, and we were done with the removal by the end of October. That was so worth it, and the money I saved on the removal went to my son, for helping lift the patio, and was used for school costs. But the even better news is how 3D handled the rest of the project. We designed an extension to the patio, that contained a central firepit. In selecting the materials for the extension and patio border, I looked through dozens of brochures and had some ideas, but I was totally confused. Pete helped me move through that process. First he sent me to Lurvey’s Garden Center to look at their HUGE selection of stone, and I was able to find a pre-formed firepit with clean geometric lines that really looked great with the bluestone. But I was overwhelmed with the other choices, So Pete accompanied me to Lurvey’s and we talked through a variety of attractive possibilities. I found the perfect free-form paver that would contrast just enough, and enhance the rest of the patio. His crew did the job in 5 days (weather permitting) and they were terrific. They handled excavating the new extension, the new border around the full patio, relaying the old bluestone, and trimming off just enough for the new border, paving the extension and installing the firepit completely to my specifications. Their expertise with stone and brick was apparent. Simply put, I got exactly what I wanted, and they were expert, polite and worked very hard to finish the job, before the worst weather hit (it was November). They solved problems, and took my suggestions at many, many points. They poured a polymorphic sand like a grout in the cracks, that completely prevented my problem with weeds from recurring. The results really exceeded my expectations. I love looking out my kitchen window at the my new patio and firepit … it looks beautiful. I only had it done for 3 weeks before it was covered with snow last year, but even then the neighbors flocked over to see the new job. We had the firepit roaring for my kids graduation this year and everyone agrees that the patio looks phenomenal. Because it was the end of the season when 3D finished, the billing took some time. I was anticipating a higher bill for the finished project, but I was very pleasantly surprised with the actual completion cost. I have no reservations about using 3D again, and I would recommend their services to anyone. It doesn’t hurt to have a good Idea of what you want, but they will advise you for the best result. At the beginning of this, I also promised you a second story. Two days before Thanksgiving 2010, we’ve just had another plumbing disaster and an adjacent area of the new patio was now identified as laying over the pipes that had to be fixed. First I freaked out… then I called Pete at 3D, and the next morning he had a couple of his guys come out and remove the stones that I marked. The pipes were fixed in record time (one of my other write-ups will be about this great neighborhood plumber who did a terrific job on Thanksgiving!). The 3D guys will have to put back the stones this week, but I’m sure they’ll do a perfect job, as usual. I am most grateful that they are so responsive.

The project went extremely well. 3D Brick Paving was professional from start to finish. Pete and Frank communicated well through the entire project. The 3D Brick Paving workers were excellent, completing the job quickly with high quality results. Our blue stone walkway in our front yard looks beautiful and we receive several compliments. Our neighbor was so pleased with how our project turned out she hired 3D to install a brick walkway in her front yard. I would hire 3D Brick Paving again.

Nick Desario came over to give an estimate for paving two walkways. He was punctual and his estimate was also the final cost. His son came with a crew to prepare the walkways. They came on a second scheduled day to pave. I would give them an excellent recommendation. They were very professional and committed to providing the finest service.

From the very first conversation with Pete to the completion of the project I was extremely impressed. Pete returned my call within 24 hours of the first message I left him. He was very flexible in accommodating my schedule to come view the job and provide an estimate. He was very knowledgable about how to accomplish what I needed done, including laying pavers around 3 utility boxes that protrude from the middle of my yard. The estimate Pete provided me was lower than others I received, but more than that, it was very detailed and professional leaving no questions about the work that would be done, time line and price. The crew arrived exactly when Pete said they would. Pete came with the men to get them started and convey to the foreman exactly what we wanted done. Making this job more difficult for the crew was the challenge of accessing my back yard. The men needed to make multiple trips to transport the excavated soil and bricks around the entire row of townhomes, including pulling the wheel barrel under a neighbors deck!!! These men worked very hard, were very professional and more than accommodating given these circumstances. I could not have had a better experience working with anyone, nor could I be happier with my beautiful new patio. If I could have imagined this experience would be so positive and affordable I would have stopped trying to fight with the dying grass years ago!! Definitely give Pete a call if you need a brick paver patio installed or any other services 3D provides because this is a top-notch company.

3D Brick Paving was professional from beginning to end. I am very pleased with the entire process. We have been renovating our home for over a year and have dealt with every sort of contractor. The beauty of Pete, Mike, and the 3D Brick Paving installation crew is that they were perfect from sales to delivery and installation. Their price was excellent, they were punctual, hard-working, and the crew consisted of a group of professional and courteous guys. They started on Tuesday morning and finished Wednesday afternoon. To watch them work was impressive. Everyone stayed busy. They helped haul away extra dirt I needed removed as a nice gesture. I even got a hand as I was taking out the garbage. When the bill came, the price was exactly as quoted. I will use them again. They were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this business.

The project went well. They finished in 3-4 days, as promised. The patio looks great. And, although we still need to finish the pergola (we didn't are doing on our own), Pete's design and recommendation of how to secure the pergola posts were great. The front porch looks great, too.
