Response from 3D Brick Paving Inc
Hi [member name removed] Sorry that our price did not meet your budget. Thank you for giving us A's in the other categories on Angie's list. I know that you talked to my brother Frank about our quote, and you told him that you have another quote from the LANDSCAPER that did your neighbors house. F.Y.I. last year over 25% of our work was all removal and re- installments of other companies work. As you can see from the almost 200 reviews on Angie's list, we also have mostly A's on pricings, I'm sure the other Angie's list members did their homework before hiring us. It all depends on what companies you compare our pricing to, I don't think driving a 2009 FORD FOCUS valued at approximately $ 10,000.00 at best, and probably saving us at least half of that on gas from all the driving we have to do on a daily basis going from job to job and estimates all day, would have such an impact on our price. You told Frank that you saw the landscapers work at your neighbors house and it looked fine. However, ask him to give you at least 30 references of work that he's done in the past, with names, addresses and phone #, these references should be at least 3 to 4 years old jobs. That's would be less than 10 jobs a year and if he's a professional installer, with good qualified employees, he should have no problem providing them for you. We average around 300 new installations a year, and we gave you about 500 references of older jobs of which some are probably 5 to 6 years old. I don't believe that we are expensive at all. Our employees, which most of them have been with us since the 90s and early 2000s are paid very well and we don't have any turnover on our employees, that is one of the biggest reason for our success and excellent craftsmanship on every job we do, BIG or SMALL. We are very proud of our quality, pricing and the quantities of jobs that we do per year should be proof of that, otherwise we would not be able to do that kind of volume by being " Way too expensive ".
