The guys came out and got right to work finding the problem. They had to come back to complete the kid and were there without a hitch! They contacted Julie and made sure that they got out there quickly so my family wouldn’t be inconvenienced.

Henry was very personable and answered the phone when I called. He was able to give me the price quote immediately for a septic tank pump out and set the date for the next business day (Monday). He gave me a time frame from 7am to 11am and was clear about what was happening on Monday to determine the time he would arrive. He called before 8am to let me know he would be at my house around 10am. The truck arrived on time and they promptly worked to locate the tank cover and were literally done in less than 20 minutes. He gave me instructions and pointed out the two sides of the tank, separated by a concrete wall. He said that some companies do not clean out both sides, and we should be aware this. He also told me to consider a HE washing machine when we are ready to replace ours, and to not get a garbage disposal. Also, we should never throw anything (i.e., baby wipes, diapers, etc.) into the tank as this will clog it up. We should also get the tank cleaned out every three years in order to not introduce sludge into the septic fingers. This will keep the septic field running well for many years.

They were very timely, came when they said they would arrive. Came with a professional crew, they were nice guys.

We used Read Septic services because we had some issues with backing up. Dale came out, quickly evaluated the septic system and let us know what needed to be done. He also gave us useful tips in order to avoid this problem in the future. Also found him to be very straightforward and honest.

I called up and was very pleased with the conversation on the phone. Very much could tell they knew exactly what they were doing, which is good since septic systems are new to me. They showed up exactly on time. Came out with decent sized team to take care of everything quickly. Their equipment was top notch. They explained to me the exact process of what would be done, how it would be done. They performed a detailed inspection while working on the septic system. On one of the septic systems they found a missing baffle. They educated me on how I could replace it at no cost, but I did not feel comfortable doing myself. They were able to come out and handle the next day for me. Entire process was fast, efficient and friendly. They were able to educate me and give me suggestions for the future.

The guys did an outstanding job. Very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend.
