Bill was fantastic. I hired Bill to fix a job that someone else did. I remodeled my kitchen and Bill had to come in and rip out the marble backsplash, put in new drywall and put new marble up. He was extremely careful with my new granite countertops and cabinets and did a great job with the installation. His attention to detail was very good, as was the guy he had with him. Bill was very responsive from initial contact and immediately came out to bid the job. He was able to do the work later in the week and cleaned up well after he was done. I had multiple tile guys come to my house to bid this work and I'm very happy that I went with Bill. I would definitely recommend him for any tile work you need. He did great with my marble backsplash!

Mr. Lord is a complete professional. From the detailed paperwork outlining the project to the final cleanup, you could not ask for a better craftsman working on your project. The entire job only took two days and this was fixing my mistakes also. The product used was Congoleum DuraCeramic tile that Mr. Lord recommended for the type of floor I have. He was 100% correct with this product and now we have a very warm, durable and upgraded kitchen floor. This is a company I would strongly recommend.
