+ -1 moreWe had Ecowater install a new water softener in our daughter's townhome and then replace ours in our home. The service was done on time and free at our home. Our daughter's townhome was not plumbed for a water softener and the additional cost was for the copper tubing only, the labor was free! The replacement in our home could not have been easier. They took care of everything including taking out the old softener and returning it to the other company. Handled the billing change, basically they did everything we needed. We are also now having them deliver and put in the salt at basically the same cost as what we paid for it at the store. This is the best example of customer service I have seen in over a decade!
Description of Work: Installed a new water softener in a new townhome and replaced an existing water softener in our home.
