+ -1 moreI stopped in at the company store and received a warm reception by the employee in the office. A technician was called up to the front to answer my inquiry. He promptly appeared and showed me some equipment on the floor. I was told that Roger would follow up with a phone call to quote pricing information. He did later that day and we made an appointment to come out to our home. Everything was handled in a professional manner and all of our questions were answered. We were given good information to make a wise decision. The new system has exceeded our expectations in improving the condition of our water.
Description of Work: The condition of our water was steadily deteriorating. Our water softener, iron and sulfur systems were failing to work leaving the water hard, rusty and with an objectionable odor. We consulted with EcoWater Systems for a solution and it was determined that we should replace the entire system due to its excessive age. The owner of the company volunteered to come out and do an on-site water test at no charge. He took the time to look over the system and explain how it worked. I had an inquiry that he promptly responded to in writing. He even followed up with a phone call to confirm that we had received it. The old systems were completely removed. New systems were installed in about 3 hours. The service technician was friendly and courteous and able to get along with our 2 curious dogs. He fully explained what he was there to do. The copper work was done very well. All plastic hose connections were replaced. I was very pleased with the work that was performed.
