Andrew was very responsive and knowledgeable. I could tell immediately that he knew his product, had a passion for what he does and was very detailed. He was quick to respond, call, and provide information. He communicated throughout. I had other quotes from larger companies but Coal Creek was significantly less and I felt Andrew, as the one doing the quote and the actual work, was much better suited to answer pretty much any question, provide explanations, etc, immediately than the sales people representing the other companies most of which had never actually done the work before. I would highly recommend Coal Creek Coatings to anyone and would encourage customers to ask questions, understand the process, and let Andrew guide them to get an amazing-looking garage floor. He repaired my badly pitted floor before applying the coatings and family/friends that have seen the before and after can not get over the difference.

I am thrilled with our floor. He did an absolutely excellent job. My neighbors were also impressed. One had gotten a quote from a contractor who did the job in one day, and he said there was no way this guy would be able to do what Coal Creek did in one day. Andrew in professional and thorough.

The floor was everything I hoped it would be!!! Excellent quality, customer service, and care. I am very particular about the floor I chose, so I had many phone conversations with Andrew from Coal Creek Coatings. He took the time to answer every single one of my questions. I also was probably not the best customer as I changed my mind several times on a few things, but Andrew was friendly and professional. He came out on two separate occasions to lay down samples. The old floor was covered with holes and cracks. He took the time to fill in every single hole and made it smooth as glass. Incredible work. Plus, he is a veteran and all around good guy to work with. Thanks again!!! I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Andrew's quality of work was excellent. My garage floor was in bad shape due to years of snow melt/road salt and I couldn't be happier with the end result. As other's have reviewed...he doesn't cut corners or rush to get the job done. I would definitely recommend Andrew!

He did a fantastic job! Andrew is extremely knowledgeable about the product and process, detailed, thorough, and professional. He doesn't cut corners or rush to get done. The quality of his work is top-notch. Even after 4 months, my garage floor looks as good as the first day. It has held up well to the mag chloride used on the streets to de-ice. He even went to the extra effort of repairing parts of my concrete floor before applying the coating. Andrew was always on time, very easy to work with and completed the work in 2 days as promised. I highly recommend him.
