It went really well. Easy. Lowest delivery fees I could find. I'll get one of the more expensive - finer mixes next time.

We first had a couple questions about the product and how it got delivered, and they answered everything. They had a number of delivery options available and placed it exactly as requested. We spread the mulch in the garden, and everything looks great. All told it was a fraction the cost of having someone else spread it. The main cost was simply the delivery, but since we don't have a truck, was well worth it.

They are on Angie's List. It was great! They were very reasonably priced and the delivery had a quick turn around. They got exactly what I was looking for and they got it quickly.

I ordered some mulch for my trees. The quality was very good. It was delivered on time and the driver was good about placing it (the pile was quite big) next to my garage where I had specified. On the whole, a good experience. I'll definitely order from them again.

Great - fast service. Delivered what I wanted, where I wanted, when I wanted. What more could I ask for? Update: I didn't ask for the slime mold - which also came with our mulch.

Unsatisfactory on a number of counts The folks who answer the phone are trained only to take orders, not provide customer service -- a cheap approach that works if you deal only w/ commercial landscapers who know exactly what they want, but not for once-in-a-great-while customers who aren't familiar w/the product. When I queried for assistance in understanding how much a yard meant, they (2 separate calls) refused to even attempt to help. I tried to back into an economical order quantity by asking how much their trucks could hold (to max the spread the fixed delivery charge), but the response was and quot;we have a lot of trucksand quot;. They delivered my order on the day promised, and roughly to the place specified. However, the mulch was dropped over a storm sewer about 15 ft from and quot;under the basketball netand quot; that I'd specified. The mulch covered about half the storm sewer, wasting an unknown amount down the drain -- which I'll have to pay to have cleaned. All prior deliveries have successfully missed the storm drain, so it's been proven do-able. And the and quot;topsoiland quot; was poor quality -- with many clods of clay.

They were on time and repsonsive.

Called early in the morning to get a quote on 10 yards of clean mulch, the price was great and asked about delivery unfortunately they couldn't do it that day so we shot for the next day. To my surprise they called back in 20 minutes and could do a early afternoon delivery that day. Dropped load exactly where I marked.

Went well. I visited the "showroom" (not really much there but they did have samples to look at) and was able to ask questions. I was provided some samples to take home to see how different types looked with my landscape. Ordered over the phone with no problem. Delivery was on time and as expected.

Everything went smoothly. I called, spoke to a real person on the phone and ordered the mulch. Delivery was scheduled for two days later. Mulch was delivered to the location I requested within the scheduled time window. Quality was good. Company website has helpful information about how to spread mulch and how to figure out how much to order.

Ordered by phone for Friday with delivery a week later. Quoted a price (with a coupon I had) and gave credit card number for payment. The mulch was delivered on my requested date. I was not home, but the delivery guy was nice enough to call to ask if he could dump in a different location on driveway than I had requested because he didn't want to damage my crabapple tree. I told him fine, no problem. Got home and saw invoice/receipt left for me. Was billed higher than the quoted price. Called the office and was told I would be credited the difference. Have not yet received my credit card bill to see if it occurred.

I contacted the company by telephone after receiving a coupon for 20% off in the mail and after checking with Angie's List. They were responsive and pleasant on the phone. We agreed upon a day for delivery (approximately 2-3 days). They delivered on the agreed upon day, dumped in my requested location -- done by a personable employee.

Phone personnel were responsive, helpful and courteous. Delivery arrived when promised (within 2 days, at my request); driver came to door to confirm placement. He deposited the mulch where requested, though not has compactly as I would have hoped, since I had explained that the nearest garage bay contained a car. Price was great; cheaper than when I'd last purchased due to a special.
