Description of Work: Overall very good. Prompt, friendly, professional. At first the repair guys seemed to be suggesting replacement sliders, and more cost than we wanted to spend, but they were able to make some adjustments and got the doors working as well as possible. Much easier to slide than they were previously. Very happy with results.

+ -1 moreCharlie arrived on time to make the estimate. Very straight forward pricing and no pressure. I scheduled service for the following week. Charlie arrived on time with his assistant. They carefully removed the door with out damaging the frame. They used a power vac while planing outdoors to collect all the wood shavings. They cleaned the door frame of all grease and dirt and put the door back in place. The door works great! I should have used them 5 years ago.
Description of Work: 25 year old 40" sliding glass door no longer would slide. Sliders replaced the wheels under the door and planed the top of the door by 1/8th to 1/4th inch.

+ -1 moreCharles called back promptly and diagnosed the cause over the phone from my description of the problem. He sent out a technician who replaced the screen and the nylon gliders very quickly and efficiently. The door is functioning perfectly now. He offers a 3 year warranty on the work.
Description of Work: Replaced screen material and nylon guides on sliding screen door which was falling out of its track.

+ -1 moreFor the work they did it was relatively inexpensive. There aren't many people who will actually do repair work like this. they did a wonderful job.
Description of Work: The only thing they do is sliding doors. They repaired a very heavy door that I had, and now you can open it with one finger.
