The technician was efficient and made sure the water was not dripping all over as he tried to flush the line. He cleaned up when he was done. He came during the promised window and had called earlier in the day to tell me what time.

Fast, friendly, skilled service. Very happy with dishwasher repair. Called again today for refrigerator fix, but another company can come first thing this morning, and I can't run the risk of it taking longer. I hope I don't regret not waiting for Priority!

My wife called Priority to explain that our garbage disposal was not working. They wanted to make sure that it just wasn't clogged so they asked if we used the L wrench that came with disposal to help unclog the disposal. My wife said she tried on more than one occasion without success. They were scheduled to come out the next day between 2:30 and 5:30 PM. We got a call the next day during our service appointment time that the technician who was scheduled for our appointment needed more time to finish work on a current call that he was on and that he was going to be late. They asked if they still wanted us to come out or could we reschedule our appointment. We decided to reschedule for the following day during the same time frame as before. Jeremy, the technician, came during the scheduled time frame. He was quite personable. He tried to repair the current disposal but it became apparent that the motor had burned out and that we needed a new disposal. Jeremy had another disposal in he truck that was the same brand that we had. The disposal that we had was old and it took Jeremy awhile to get it out. He put the new disposal in. and made sure that it fit properly. More importantly he ran the dishwasher to make sure there were no leaks. This is a company I have used before and like before their workmanship was terrific. Plus, once we mentioned we belonged to Angie's list he immediately took 15% off of the entire bill.

I called to schedule an appointment with a technician to come and service our washing maching. I was told someone would call me back shortly to schedule a time to come out. Steve called me back soon after and asked me what the problem was. I explained and he told he would be happy to come out and service my washing machine but that he thought it was a simple fix I could do with the help of some youtube videos. We were able to fix it ourselves and saved his time and our money. I will definitely call them again when and if we have further issues.

The problem was diagnosed within a few minutes. He gave us an estimate for the cost of the part that needed to be replaced. Due to the cost of the replacement part and the age of our stove, we decided not to have the repair completed and opted to purchase a new stove.

The service technician arrived right at the end of the time window provided to us. He seemed tired, perhaps because it was the end of the day. First, he told us that the fan motor was bad. He replaced that part. It didn't work. He removed that part and told us he had been mistaken and that the problem was the defrost thermostat. He replaced that and told us it was fixed. He looked at the range door hinges, tightened one, stating that it wasn't tight enough. This took less than five minutes. The next morning, the refrigerator was in worst shape. It was now warm inside. The oven wasn't fixed either. (The door still does not shut properly; therefore the outside of the top front of the oven gets very hot, hot enough to burn your hand.) During these repairs, the technician called someone to talk about the repairs. He did this twice. I called the company again in the morning. I was told that the technician would be out soon to look at the problem again. I was also told that since the problem had been misdiagnosed at the first visit, if the needed repairs exceeded what we were willing to spend on this 15 year old refrigerator, we would only be charged a $59 service call fee. We were told the remainder of our $300 would be refunded right away. The same technician arrived a few hours later. After removing the defrost thermostat, he told us that the part was bad. And he told us our compressor was bad. This was going to be a very expensive repair so we declined, knowing that we would be refunded the original repair cost. A week went by and we still did not have our refund. I called the office on 2/1/2016 and complained. I received a call back from Steve and he left a message on my voicemail, which I still have saved, stating that he was sorry and that he had processed the refund. Two days later, I still don't have my refund. I just got off the telephone with my credit card company to dispute the charges. Perhaps now I will get a proper response. $300 - $59 service call + $15 coupon that was never applied = $256 disputed charge. I talked to them about the coupon from Angie's List originally and they said that this would be applied. It never was. I included $15 for this coupon because of what I had read from other reviewers. It appears that the coupon, listing 50% off a service call, has a $15 maximum. Crazy, huh? Service call charge is $59, but a 50% coupon is only worth $15. Hmmmmm..... The lack of professionalism is appalling.

He let me know what was wrong and the next steps of action. I just couldn't be happier.

The technician came out in early December to my rental property and determined that they needed to order a part for the appliance. The technician indicated the part would come before christmas and they would call to schedule the repair once the part arrived. Steve and his team never followed up. Upon speaking with my tenant post Christmas, I placed several calls into Priority to follow up on the ordered part to fully fix the stove. Steve and his team have not been able to coordinate the return of phone calls or scheduling an appointment with even 24 hours notice to notify my tenant. I had a similar issue with Steve and his team the last time I scheduled a repair. I thought it was a fluke and decided to give Priority another shot. Given my latest experience, I doubt I will use priority for appliance repairs again.

Steve and his team are unresponsive and uncoordinated when it comes to returning calls and scheduling follow up appointments. I had to schedule a follow up appointment for an ordered part for the stove at a rental property and Steve and his team never followed up to notify me the part had arrived. After several weeks had passed I called priority appliance and Steve and his team returned the call with an attempt to schedule the follow up appointment the same day. I missed their call and returned the call, but did not hear back from the team. I have called priority several times. The team has not sense of urgency or remorse for the delay in service. I experienced this earlier with Priority and thought it was a fluke, but now have come to understand this is their standard operating model.

I tried calling this company a few times from a few phone numbers and was hung up on each time after asking the company if they service our town. We called the number advertized in the Angie's List magazine and the number given to us by Angie's list customer service.

We believe that for the time Steve took to diagnose and fix the problem (at least 1 hour), his charge ($59) was very reasonable. There was more work he suggested we could do, but he did not pressure us into it. Steve suggested we replace the hinges on the fridge door, which would cost over $300 for parts and labor. Steve is very approachable, with an easy to understand manner who very patiently explained the situation to both myself and my husband, separately.

I was very pleased with the service provider. I called one day at 3pm and they were available the next day to come out. The man who came was friendly and knew what he was doing. He had the needed part in his truck (fortunate, I'm not sure that is always possible). I think dealing with this kind of friendly local place is far superior to dealing with "big guys" with big service departments and their long wait times, big service windows, etc. Give them a try!

Professional and on time. Replaced the switch and coils and now I have a dryer that works again.

10 year old dishwasher needed a new control board. Called Priority Appliance Repair and the receptionist scheduled a visit next convenient day for me on the spot. Elvis showed up within the window he said he will arrive and performed a thorough diagnosis of the problem. He quickly spotted the issue with the PC board but went ahead to make sure no other components are affected. After a detailed review of the dishwasher, he told me the problem with my washer and answered all the questions I have. Then he told me I could probably order the part and replace it myself or he could do it at additional costs. He even showed me all the steps to repair the problem but I felt better to leave electrical and electronics repair to the professionals. He provided a quote and told me he needed to order the part and will take few days. 3 days later, Priority Appliance Repair called and scheduled the repair. Elvis showed up within the scheduled time once again and performed the repair. Before he left, he gave me tips on how to maintain and keep my dishwasher clean. Also told me to call him directly if we run into any problems with the repair. Priority Appliance Repair is very professional and excellent customer service all around. I am very happy with the repair and we have our dishwasher back in action right away.

It went very well. They ordered a part and came back to install it. They were happy to fix the issues, as opposed to telling me to buy a new one.

Steve came out to the house and looked at our Kitchen Aid fridge. The ice maker was not making any ice and was frozen. Steve diagnosied the issue quickly and told us what we need to do. When I asked him what I owed him he said no charge since we were in the area he was already working in.

. Very quick service. I called Saturday and repairman came Monday. He fixed the water dispenser. We were very happy with the service and the cost of the repair. My neighbor's refrigerator also broke down on the weekend. He called another repair place and was told he would have to wait until August 5th to get his refrigerator fixed. The quote to diagnose the problem was more than twice what Priority Appliance Repair quoted me. I gave him the name and number of Priority Appliance Repair. He called on Sunday to set up an appointment. They came on Monday to fix his refrigerator. He was so pleased with the service he said Priority Appliance Repair will be on his speed dial! Thank you!

He showed up on time and cleaned up all the ice that had formed in the freezer. With the Angie's list coupon the price was only $59. Freezer is working beautifully now.

My dryer stopped producing heat. Unfortunately the dryer broke down on the 4th of July. My wife called Priority Appliance on the 4th of July to find that they did have a live person taking calls ! The company called back Monday morning and we scheduled an appointment for that day between 6:30 PM and 9:30 PM. It turned into a stormy evening and as it got closer to 9:30 PM I was expecting a phone call asking us that they would like to reschedule our appointment due to the poor weather. We were surprised to see the service truck pull up to our house at 9:15 PM Steve, the technician, diagnosed the problem, and in deed it was the heat element. He quoted us a price for the part and his service and then offered a coupon worth $30 dollars off of that price. Steve installed the part and in about twenty minutes the dryer was back working properly again. Steve was very polite and professional. I told him that I will call his company the next day to tell them what a fine job he did. I also said that I would be writing up a review on Angie's List. I called the company the next day to praise Steve's work only to find out that Steve is the owner of the company ! I think that is fantastic that the owner also works on repairs as well. A company we will definitely be using in the future.

We had a squeaky Whirlpool 95 series high efficiency dryer that is only 4-5 years old. Steve came out to diagnose the dryer and it needed new drum and belt rollers. He ordered the parts and came back 3 days later and quickly put the parts in and fixed the dryer. He was very pleasant and friendly and a pleasure to deal with. As a fellow Angie's list provider with over 250 A review Steve was a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend them without a hesitation. Thanks again.

My ice maker wasn't producing ice. It seems that the ice was stuck inside the maker and he took it out and cleared the ice. It's been working ever since!

He came back with the part, but also found what he thought might be the issue. He repaired the door & did not have to use the part he ordered. He charged me only for the one visit. Very honest & helpful as well as economical.

He communicated well and came on time. He fixed the issue and the price was fair. Our wood floors were already scuffed from pulling the refridgerator out, but he did create a few more marks pulling the fridge out. Nothing significant however and our dark wood floors very easily show marks.
