Description of Work: I called on a Saturday and was told I would be contacted on Monday between 9 & 1 to schedule an appt. They called at 9:30 and the serviceman came out in the afternoon. This was the 1st call to Priority, but the 2nd repairman for my LG washer. Elvis from Priority, believed the problem was the pressure valve, which we worked on. He did not have to replace the part at this time, but said if I had any more trouble to call - they would have to order the part. So far, so good! He was polite, and I believe honest. He fixed in one visit what it took the other repair service 2 visits, and a trip to the shop not to find the real problem. Priority was worth it, and reasonable. I will use them again.

Description of Work: Checked our front load washer and dryer. Said we could,wait to fix them until they really need it. The washingles machine was leaking (need to clean the door) and the dryerror heat is inconsistent but works. Appreciate not taking advantage of us.

Description of Work: Priority Appliance Repair ("PAR") found that we had a blown fuse on one of the two phases to the electric dryer. Whoops. Guess I should have checked that before calling them. Regardless, they come out the same day if you call before noon and the price was right.

Description of Work: Our refrigerator was leaking water on the floor. Their serve person cleared the ice from the freezer floor and unplugged the drain back pan opening and then laid in a bead of caulk to raise the drain pan lip. |Refrigerator freezer has worked fine since their visit.

Description of Work: I contacted Steve Osborn at Priority Appliance when my 2-year-old Samsung dishwasher stopped working. I had checked the owner's manual, and according to the manual, it appeared there was a problem with the drainage system. I explained in my message to Steve that I had repaired a minor problem earlier with the unit by referencing a YouTube video, but that this seemed to be a more complex type of repair. Steve called me within an hour or so after I sent the message. He said that, although he would be happy to make a service call, it sounded like I was a reasonably "handy" guy, and he would send a PDF of a document Samsung provides to his repair service. He quickly emailed me the document, and using it as a guide, I was able to repair the problem myself (a small piece of plastic that had broken off an item being washed had lodged in the drain pump). As it turned out, the repair was simpler than I had anticipated, and by sharing the information he had received as a certified appliance repair technician, Steve saved me the cost of a service call. I will definitely contact Priority Appliance Repair in the future!
