Description of Work: Our garbage disposal was clogged, so I called. Steve got right back to me, and sent me detailed links to instructions and a YouTube video on how to fix it myself. It was incredibly easy, and I would’ve been embarrassed if he had come all the way out and fixed it himself. He could have easily opted to do so and charged me, but he knew it was an easy fix, so he taught me how to fix it at no charge. That’s incredibly classy, and I won’t forget it next time I need an appliance repaired.

Impressed by his workmanship and professionalism, when both my Maytag washer and dryer stopped working earlier this month, I immediately called Priority to schedule a repair call. I gave Steve (the owner) the model numbers and the current problems. Steve told me up front that these Maytag models have been nothing but trouble and the current repairs would cost so much, I might as well invest in a new washer and dryer. Thanks to Steve's expert help, I saved the repair money and was able to purchase a great set of new (Whirlpool) laundry appliances. Thank you Steve!!
