When my daughter was out of town and her dryer stopped drying so I checked Angies List for a repairman. I left an email early in the morning and received an acknowledgment within an hour. Received at phone call about an hour after that confirming that they would come out that day with the window of time. The repairman arrived when they said he would. He diagnosed the problem immediately and had the part he needed in the truck. He was in and out in about 10 minutes. So it was about 6 hours from the time I initially emailed the company to when the repairman left. Unbelievable! I would never call anyone else for an appliance repair.

The day of the appointment, someone called around 9:15 to let me know the serviceman would be arriving between 9:30 and 11:30. He arrived during the specified time helped me empty the freezer and spent 5-10 minutes checking out the problem. He diagnosed the problem and explained it me. He was also prepared with the appropriate parts to repair it :-) He wiped up all the water and even cleaned up the inside of my freezer! He also showed me the correct way to wipe it down so that I wouldn't clog the drains. He was wonderful!

We had contacted the company where we purchased our dishwasher originally. That company came twice and told the tenant to use different soap, that the dishwasher was working fine. With continued frustration, we contacted Priority Appliance to give us a second opinion. Mike showed up and thoroughly examined the dishwasher, removing different panels to see what was occurring. He took his time to examine the dishwasher completely. Mike opened up one panel and found broken glass and old food. He told me that this particular dishwasher has had many problems with clogging. He replaced this part and cleaned everything. The tenant ran the dishwasher with Mike still present and it now cleans perfectly. We truly appreciated Mike taking the time to truly figure out what was going on! We will be loyal customers from now on with all of our properties!

My dryer broke and I called in the morning and they came within a few hours. The repair man, Don, was extremely professional, immediately diagnosed the problem(broken belt) explained how the break may have been caused, how the repair was going to be done and completed his work within a short amount of time. They called twice --once to give me a window of time, and another to make sure I was home. This was the first time I have used this repair service but it won't be the last! Excellent professional and prompt service!

For a few months, I've had to put my clothes through two cycles of drying. I finally got fed up. I did a search on Angie's list and Priority came up first. I checked out their website and they made evening calls. That worked very well for me as I work full time in the city and taking time off during the day for a short visit was not a viable option. I called on Monday and they came Tuesday night! I would definitely use them again.

The service technician was very friendly and honest. The icemaker was broken and could not be fixed. I would have needed to replace it. He did not pressure me to have him repair the icemaker, knowing I was thinking about purchasing a new refrigerator. He gave me advice as to where to go for a good quality refrigerator at a low cost and discussed the pro's and con's of the different refrigerator models. The cost was exactly what their website stated it would be for an estimate. I don't remember the cost, but it was MUCH cheaper than any other service repair company. Even ABT appliance was impressed by their credentials when I told the salesman (while purchasing a dishwasher) about the repair company!

Called at 11:00 am the day after the blizzard. Mike was at my house by 1:15pm the same day. He diagnosed problem and repaired within half hour and gave me suggestion to prevent it happening again. I also asked him to take a look at my washer that was making a funny noise. He checked it out and explained it to me. Very nice and knowlegeable. Will definitely call again.

Can't say enough positive things about this company AND the serviceman who did the work. Our dryer ran but there wasn't any heat. Priority came the next day after we made our on-line appointment with them. The serviceman fixed it and was very personable. He said he put a generic part in that usually fixes the problem and would save us money. All was fine except the following week it wasn't working again. We called them and they came the next day with the part that was made specifically for our dryer. He put the new part in and we haven't had a problem since. He left saying he was sorry for the inconvenience and didn't charge us the difference between the part he first put in and the one made specifically for our dryer. Priority knows how to treat people the way they would want to be treated. We appreciate that beyond words!! Thank You.

On November 22, we discovered that the oven ignitor was out (3 days before Thanksgiving). On the 23rd, I called at about 9:30 a.m. and received their answering service. Within 5 minutes, they returned the call. I told them the problem and gave them the model number of the stove. I also mentioned that I found them on Angie's list and they gave me a discount. The service man was here within two hours and promtly fixed the problem. He was very helpful and answered all my questions while I watched him complete the work. I would definetely recommend them.

Service man was on time, explained in detail the part/repair/service and pricing.

We called Tuesday morning and were very pleased that the serviceman came out that same day! We had 2 problems: our refrigerator was freezing food, and drying was taking double time to dry. Refrigerator is built in, and they said that they could not repair built-in models. I would've appreciated them asking this on the phone when we made the appointment. That's the only concern I would have. Luckily (!) we still had the dryer problem. It turned out to be one that we could've taken care of ourselves. He only charged for the service call, since as it turned out we really wouldn't have needed them to come out at all. The repairman was respectful, efficient, and fair. I would call them again; actually we have had them before, on recommendation from Angie's list, so this was the second time. Highly recommend.

The service technician came to our house 2 different times and I was very impressed with how he handled the issues. The first time was for our cooktop and he helped us determine that it was just an issue with our electrical (not the cooktop). He did not charge at all for the visit - even though I knew he should still charge. The same for the 2nd time - I though something was wrong with the heating coil in our dishwasher. He explained what my options were as far as repairs, but also explained what to do to avoid having to replace any parts at all. Again - did not push me to spend a lot of $$ on repairs. I still payed for his visit, but didn't have a costly repair. I will definitely call them again since honestly like that is very rare.

I picked this company after reading reviews on Angies list and because they offered a coupon. Our dryer was not getting hot and the timing knob would not move during a cycle (so it would run until someone opened the door). I checked out the companies website and saw that they encouraged "booking" online. Since it was Sun, I decided to scedule a time that way. I requested Tue afternoon. The following day I recieved an e-mail stating I would be called either the evening before or the morning of the appointment to confirm a time, and that if I did not hear from them I should call. By 9:30 am Tue I had not heard anything so I called them. The woman who answered the phone was horrible. She said the scheduler would call when they made the schedule- sometime between 8am and 10:30-- I reminded her that it was 9:30 and she replied, "well, what do you want me to do?" I told her I had something planned with my kids in the moring and I just needed to confirm that they would come sometime after 11:30. Again, she said she couldn't help me and I needed to wait for the call. She then stated that it's my responsibility to wait at home all day since I made the appointment. If I would have scheduled a time by phone, I would not have been stressed about when they were coming. On the website, you have to agree to pay for the service call even if you later cancel (or say, would not be home when they arrived). She finally transferred me to a man who said after 11:30 was fine and that they would leave a message for me about the actual window of time, which they did. The repair man did a fine job however I can't give him credit because he didn't introduce himself. He just asked where the dryer was. He became alot more friendly when discussing the estimate-- I told him about the angies list coupon and he lowered the price (although not as much as he should have). The repair was done quickly and we have not had a problem since. However, due to the customer service of this company, I would not use them again.

We had another company out 3 times before to fix the same problem and they never thought to check the computer like this one did. He figured out what was going on quickly, had the part, replaced it, and it's finally fixed!

Every company should be like this! A person answers the phone, they schedule your appointment either same or next day, they arrive on schedule, they are friendly and polite, and the repair cost is reasonable.

When the repairman came out our fridge was back to working again. He walked me through how it works and they did not charge us for the visit. He was very friendly and said they would be available if we needed help in the future.

He was here for an hour and unfortunately could not find the problem. He thought it was from the door being left open and the freezer over-working. He said he would come back out if it persisted but it did not. The tech took the time to try and find the problem. He was not in a hurry. He answered all my questions. He was very nice.

They were honest and very reasonable and I would use them again.

Well, it was totally my fault that the washing machine stopped working. I had put in a small throw rug with other items that created an imbalance in the tub causing it to bump against the motor that controls the agitator/spinning mechanism and rendered it immobile. So caveat for all who "overfill" their washer. The gentleman who did the service was really quick in his diagnosis and subsequent repair. Of course, I was not totally happy about the price but it was not excessive based on the cost of the part. I recommend them based on my own personal experience.

After talking to the answering service, I was told "Steve" will call back with an appointment time. Steve did not call. I called again to find out when the tech would be arriving. The service technician sent to the job was very professional, but was unable to fix the problem. We were told that "Steve" would be calling us back regarding the new computer we needed. Steve never called. Never, ever called. We ended up buying a new dryer.

The company was very courteous and prompt answering the phones and coming out to give me an initial estimate. However, after the technician came out to give me an estimate, and took my $54.00 for the estimate fee, they would not return my calls. I tried calling for two weeks to get Steve (the owner) to call me back in regards to ordering the oven door, and when he finally called he was unapologetic. He said he would order the door and call me back to let me know when the door would come in. I have since called the company twice to see if Steve ordered the door, and a month and a half later I still have not heard from him. This was upsetting because he took my $54.00 estimate fee and then would not call me back to actually do the work. Needless to say, I am calling another company.

They were very prompt and courteous. They seemed to be quite reasonable since it was a minor repair and I was only charged for the service call.

Mike was professional, on time, and repaired our dryer with no trouble. He was unsure whether he had the appropriate part but tried a different part to accommodate a quick repair. He made no guarantees that it would work but when it did, he also let us know that if there was any trouble with it, to let them know. I would definitely use Priority Appliance again. The other reviews were spot on about their responsiveness, timeliness, and all over professional quality of their service and knowledge.

Great! A quick fix and a company who was willing to come out right away. I called them on Sunday morning and left a message. They returned my call Sunday night. They were out here on Monday morning, fixed the problem. Sorry, but I can't recall the actual part that was replaced. The freezer has been working fine ever since. I would not hesitate to call them again!

My basement freezer was running, but it wasn't keeping the food items cold enough. I called Priority Appliance Repair to schedule someone to come out and tell me what was wrong with it. Someone was at my home 3 hours later, the same day. After the repair person looked at the freezer, he told me that it was a compressor problem. (I knew that wasn't good and was costly). When I asked him what it would cost to repair the freezer, he basically told me that I should just junk the freezer and buy a new one. The cost of a new freezer would be less that the cost of fixing the old one.
