Called Priority at 1 PM on July 4. Technician came at 4 PM on the next day, July 5. He identified a part that needed to be ordered. A different Tech came back the following day and installed the new part. It was about 48 hours from our call to a repaired refrigerator. We were completely satisfied with both the timeliness and professionalism of the work.

I've been using Priority Appliance Repair for the last few years and I really like the company. Both Elvis and Steve are great to work with. I trust them to fix what need to be replaced at a fair price. I've tried other companies in the past and were not happy at all. Priority is a professional company that you can trust.. For me that is most important that I pay for what needs to be fixed and not be taken for a ride. This company is good.

The fan on my fridge was freezing up. Had tried defrosting, but not a complete defrost and not for 24 hours. The complete defrost/24 hours worked. They charged me $59 for the consult. If the problem wasn't fixed, Elvis said they could replace the motor and deduct the $59 from the cost of that job (which was estimated to be about $350). I wish they had told me to do this over the phone and to call back if it didn't work.

Called Monday morning and got a schedule to see me by 8:30 - 10:30 AM on the next day. Receptionist explained that I have to pay $79 upfront to have check the appliances. If they could repair it, the $79 will be included. I called them by 9:00 AM the next day and the reception told me that they will call me within a few hours. By 11:00 AM, I called them back to ask when the technician will be coming at all. The receptionist was trying to help me but with the great professionalism (sarcasm) I decided to cancel my appointment No return phone calls. No Excuse. At least let me know if you will be coming or not. Great customer engagement practice Highly NOT recommended

The initial visit by the first technician was ok but he misassessed the problem. Parts were ordered and the second visit which was from a more experienced technician finally zeroed in on the problem and he was able to get it running again though we could not adjust the temperatures. The parts that were ordered were returned with no charge. The third and final visit with the correct part fixed the problem. They were professional, punctual and did the job correctly.

Great experience. Elvis came and diagnosed problem. Ordered part and came back later in the week. He was super friendly and very professional. I wish I'd called them months ago! (Cost was actually lower than we had expected.)

Steve was very responsive and friendly. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained what was needed, had the necessary parts on hand, and completed the work in less than an hour. In addition to replacing the drain tube, he removed the excess ice build up. Price was very reasonable.

He knew what was wrong very quickly, explained what was needed and how much it cost, and made the repair within the hour. Fast and easy.

Overall it went well. Scheduling could be a little more organized and wished they had been more prompt but understand that customers prior may have run over. However, everyone seemed helpful and friendly. Our washer decided to stop working on a Thursday and gave us an F51 warning, after a little research online I found that two issues are generally related to this error. Specifically, an issue with the sensor and also clothes being trapped outside of the tub. I took the tub out and found a plastic collar tag but nothing else. Washer still didn't work and started giving a suds warning along with the F51. I called Priority on Friday and was able to get on the schedule on Saturday. I explained to the technician on Saturday what I had done and he proceeded to look at the washer (he was a little surprised I was able to get the washer apart and the tub out as it was "heavy"). He tightened a screw and look at a couple other things but diagnosed that the washer needed new bearings. I explained what I knew about the warnings, etc and that it had just been working/spinning. He insisted that it was the bearings and it would be $450 to replace and suggested we get a new washer. After talking with my boyfriend we decided to go ahead get the washer fixed and boy am I glad we did!!! Come Wednesday I still hadn't heard anything so I called to check on status of the order for the bearings and was told the parts were in. I was put on the schedule for that night and this time the owner Steve showed up. After taking a look at the washer he determined that it was not the bearings after all but a bolt that was still loose (this was the one the tech said he tightened the Saturday prior) AND that it was a SENSOR ISSUE (which is what I was trying to tell the tech on Saturday also). So Steve was kind enough to put in a new sensor, tighten the bolt, and we have a working washing machine again for only $150. Had we listened to the tech who came the Saturday prior and purchased a new washing machine we would have been out A LOT more money. Had it not been for the initial tech's mi-misdiagnosis of the problem with the washer I would have given an A.

Called and spoke with a woman on Friday September 14. I fully explained to her that exact issue that I’m having with my refrigerator.She indicated I would receive a call back no later than Monday to schedule a time to come out. On Monday somebody did call me but they had no idea what they were calling me about it rather than scheduling a time that day to come out they said they wouldn’t have anyone out until the following day (Tuesday). On Tuesday I received no call and I ended up having to call them to try to get it scheduled. After leaving a voicemail an individual did call me back at approximately 3 o’clock on Tuesday and was still unaware of what the issue was (not withstanding the conversation that I had on both Friday and on Monday). He asked if I still needed service and, obviously, I still did. He indicated he would go back and listen to the voicemail and call me right back. Several hours later he has not called me back and now I am in need of trying to find someone else to try and repair the refrigerator that should have been serviced already. Terrible customer service and I would not recommend using them. I can only imagine what would’ve happened if they actually came out given the difficulty in trying to schedule service.

The fix was really easy but I wanted to comment on the responsiveness and willingness to help. Steve called me back over the weekend after seeing a missed call by me. We talked about my issue and while he didn’t service the range/oven model I had often, he did commit to call me the following Monday morning with a time to send a technician to diagnose the problem. He called when he said he would and had someone out when he also stated he would. I truly appreciate great service and follow up. The fix was easy but after calling several companies, Priority came through!

Very well. Pump was extremely clogged with throw rug backing. Washer had a lot of water in it and door was locked. Took a bit more than two hours to clear water and pump.

We had stopped using the dishwasher for 5 days. When the technician arrived there was no noise. No work was done. He assured us that if the noise were to come back within a week the $79 would not be charged again.

The technician diagnosed the issue as a bad control panel…. It took a week to receive the new panel, but the returned a week later as promised and replaced the part. The display and lighting now work as expected! I’m very happy with the service since I was NOT able to locate the control panel anywhere on the internet, etc…

The service provider arrived within the given time frame and repaired our washer in a timely, tidy, and quality manner, explaining the issues and exactly what he fixed. There was a little bit of a delay in response from the company in terms of initially scheduling the repair (I was told I would be contacted within the hour, but was contacted the next day), but it was still much more timely than any of the other companies I had tried to contact. I was overall very satisfied with the service I received and was even informed of an online coupon by the service provider after our home warranty company threw us under the bus and refused to cover the cost of the repair.

They were a no show. They scheduled an appointment with me for last Friday, and said they would show up between 1230 and 330. Not only did they not ever show up, but they also did not call to say they wouldn't be coming. I called them multiple times and no one answered the phone. My fiance was staying home from work to be there for them. I do not recommend using this company.

Very well. They were here the next day and had the project complete in under 24 hours from phone call to completion. I've used Priority Appliance for other repairs and they never disappoint!

He was on time. Told us what was wrong and cost Very knowledge person.

Steve was great and was flexible with our schedule. He got out to diagnose the problem and fixed it relatively quick. We would use him again in a heartbeat and he does a very nice job. His cost was fair and we’re happy we repaired it instead of buying a new one, which we thought about.

Tech came, took apart the dryer and cleaned inside the base and talked about likely causes for non heating. Diagnosed problem and reviewed cost quote. Also made sure to check connections and possible causes for noise when running. Was very pleased and also asked about exhaust and went out to dryer vent to check air flow. Found that air flow was severely decreased and recommended duct cleaning be done to improve dryer performance. (cleaning either on my own or through another company) Turned out after buying a duct cleaning kit ourselves that there was a huge amount of lint trapped and removing did indeed improve drying!

Fine. Contacted via on-line request. Tech arrived within the window, identified the problem, and set an appointment for replacement since he didn't have the part. The 2nd appointment went fine also: arrived within the window, replaced the part and it was over. My one quibble might be with price being a tad high but everything was upfront and overt and the cost for the call was deducted from the price for the part. The cost was what they told me the cost would be. All in all, a good experience and I would use again.

Called Priority Appliance in the morning and they had someone on site the same day. Diagnosed as a damaged drain hose, but needed to order a part to complete the repair. Rather than leaving the washing machine out of commission while waiting for the part to arrive, the technician implemented a temporary fix, which allowed us to use the washing machine as usual while we waited for a return visit. After the part came in (took a week to arrive, exactly as estimated), it took a couple times to find a time that worked to get a technician back out to complete the repair. They schedule everything the morning of the day they'll be on-site, which can lead to a bit of sitting around when they call at 9 AM and let you know they will not be out till 'between 3:30 and 6:30 PM'. All in all, a very positive experience and we've had no issues with the actual work that was done. Did seem a bit expensive due to the minimal price of the part that was replaced, but the time and labor required to essentially dismantle and reassemble the machine in order to get to and swap out the part made it seem much more appropriate.

The first call was not responded two until three days later. The second time I called they responded within a day and had a technician out the next day.

Steve called me back and I described the problem to him. He immediately mentioned that it was most likely the safety switch that stops the cycle when the cover is lifted. He was able to come to my house on a Saturday (as opposed to Sears who would only come Monday through Friday) and had my machine fixed within 30 minutes! Steve is awesome and saved me from having to take time off work.
