They were fine. They were timely and good value.

A technician arrived on-time and diagnosed the washer problem and replaced a faulty door latch within 10 minutes. We have been using Priority Appliance since 2002 and have been pleased with their services. However, I was shocked by the high cost for this recent service call of $250. Here's how it broke down: The total of $250 - $59 (diagnosis of problem) - $14 (service call after 50% discount via Angie's List) - $30 (for 10 mins work) = $147 for the part alone. The part lists on-line for $68.60. That's more than 100% profit on that one part. This seems excessive to me. The door latch part number is: 131763202. Charging more than 100% for this part I would consider to be price gouging by any definition. As I stated to the owner, I certainly think a business is entitled to make a profit, but this is not being fair to customers by charging this much. Please check out the actual price of parts being recommended by this vendor before accepting their repair estimates. I will likely obtain repair estimates from them in the future, but will only hire them if the charges are not excessive.

Great service. The provider put a lot of work into checking and determining what was wrong. He literally took the dryer apart to let me know what was wrong and made an honest recommendation. They did a great job. Very pleasant and timely and I would use them again without question.

Our evaporator fan has gone out they said it was the mother board and now we have lost food 3x. I was supposed toy receive a call from them to come out today between 8:30 and 10:00 AM and nothing yet. They were very helpful initially but here we sit.Grant it I called after 6 Pm yesterday but was promised a call and service this morning.

They did a nice job. The technician was very good, very quick, and very professional. He solved the problem. He told me what he was doing and what was wrong. I thought pricing was good and fair. I was very pleased.

Turned out all i needed was a slight adjustment on my ice maker..simple fix.

Called yesterday am for a service call. I was advised of the $59 diagnostic fee. 24 hrs later I had a serviceman at my door. Priority called this am, as promised, to advise when the serviceman would be here. Had 2 problems with the ice maker on my subzero refrigerator along with torn seals on the refrigerator side. Don, the repairman was very knowledgable. He explained the ice maker on my model has a design flaw. He showed me a couple of things to prevent the problems which I'm encountering. The seals on the refrigerator side are still performing even though they look pretty beat up. He said if I wanted them replaced he could order but it would simply be a cosmetic fix ($400 for new seals). So.....very very satisfied with this company. I will contact them in the future if I have issues with any of my appliances.

My side by side refrigerator has been intermittently leaking water once a week. I called Priority Appliance as they are close to my home and are highly recommended on Angie's List. Steve returned my call the next morning and after I explained the problem to him, he told me I had two choices. One, pay a given amount and he would come out and repair the problem or, two, follow his instructions on how to repair the problem myself. I will do the repair myself. I am impressed with his courtesy and desire to help me without any compensation. Truly a mensch.

They have the greatest service guy. He used to do refrigerators on submarines. I referred him to my friends.

I would like to redeem Priority Appliance with a review to replace my previous negative review. Today I received a personalized letter from Priority Appliance Repair empathizing with my situation and apologizing for not communicating in a timely manner. He even included a monetary gesture and an additional service coupon. I was truly impressed and touched by the personal attention I received and would definitely call them in the future. Their customers do matter to them and it shows clearly in this gesture. Thank you for caring to respond.

I called and left a message. They called back within the hour and said they could be out that same afternoon. They came out and looked at the fridge and knew right away what the problem was. Fixed it right there. Only paid a service charge. The dishwasher was also not running. Steve checked and found that the latch was not closely properly. He said he would have to order a new latch and he would be back the following week. True to his word, he called back the following week and came out to install the new latch. Unfortunately, the dishwasher was still not working and we agreed that it was past the point of trying to repair and we probably needed a new dishwasher. But, here's the thing, he didn't charge us for that second return visit. I offered to pay him for that visit, because he did what he said he would do, but he said that he didn't/couldn't repair it so the first visit service charge was enough. Wow, it today's world that is unheard of. Most service people want more and more money for every little thing they do. This company is honest, upfront and extremely reliable. I will recommend them to all my family and friends. In fact I already have.

They were great. The guy who came was very knowledgeable and I had no problem at all.

That is one thing I like about them, they don't come out to take your money; if they know they answer over the phone they will tell you. I will tell my friends that if they want it done right, don't want to be taken advantage of and get charged for things that aren't wrong then call these people because they are very honest.

The service was excellent. They were very prompt, competent and reasonably priced.

I had standing dirty water in dishwasher and steve called me back within 30 min walked me through how to drain my dishwasher and it worked!! Super happy and will def use them again and highly recommend them!

I called and left a message on 6/12 and they called me the next day 6/13 to schedule the appt. They arrived within a half an hour of beginning of the time window stated. The technician opened the back panel of the refrigerator and took a look. He determined that it was probably something wrong with the condenser and that was part of the sealed system and still under the LG parts warranty. He said that he could fix it for around $700 but that would void the warranty and he would probably have difficulty getting the parts. His advice was to contact LG directly and get a certified LG service provider to repair the fridge. That way the parts are under warranty and I would only have to pay for labor. Of course labor could be $400 which is about half the price of the fridge! What ever happened to refrigerators lasting for 20 years? This fridge is only 3 yrs old!! Anyway, I would recommend Priority Appliance Repair. They were courteous, knowledgeable and honest.

Repair technician was called out for a leak in the washing machine. When he came out he really couldn't find the source (and of course there was no leaking at that time). He tightened all connections we paid the $59 service call and had no further problems. Because of the prompt and honest service we called him back within a couple of weeks because our refrigerator was not cooling. Came out for the diagnosis and said we needed a part (something with the thermostat). The part was ordered and the refrigerator was up and running within a few days. If I needed another appliance repair I would definitely call this company. They responded immediately to a service request I filled out online (in fact they gave me a $5.00 credit for scheduling online), called ahead of time to confirm the appointment and showed up within the window they gave us.

The water line was frozen and the ice maker wasn't working. Technician Mike Henderson was practical and honest in estimating total coasts and what we could do ourselves. he was wonderful!

Came out and examined broken dryer. Took about 10 minutes and he identified the problem as damaged front rollers. He quoted a price of around $219 to repair (parts, labor, etc?). I pointed out I had an angies list coupon for 50% off service call. The coupon on Angies List was worth only $15 as it covered half off the $30 service call fee. The job was completed in a timely manner and the dryer works well.

We called Priority Appliance to check out our subzero fridge and our wine fridge and were charged for them to look at both appliances. Long story short, they had to order parts for both appliances. They returned to fix the subzero and did a great job--super nice guy and the fridge is fixed. However, after about three or four calls to them regarding the wine fridge (which we paid them to assess what was wrong), I am yet to get a call back. I left multiple messages with their answering service who was very nice, but still no return call. Today the answering service said that she'd call the manager directly and if he did not call me within an hour, I should call back. Well, I did not get a call back and I am tired of calling them. Very odd. 7/17/14 Update - We subsequently spoke with Priority and learned what happened with respect to the wine fridge. The technician tried on several occasions to reach the manufacturer in order to obtain the parts needed for the repair. After several attempts and a lot of wait time on the phone, he finally gave up and tried to reach us to let us know that he was unsuccessful in getting the parts and to suggest that we try calling the manufacturer directly or another service company that may have a better contact at the manufacturer. The technician apologized for the miscommunication and offered us a refund on the work they had already performed. Although it took some time to get sorted out, we were ultimately very pleased with the professional way in which Priority handled the situation. We will certainly consider using Priority for future jobs.

everything went well except that on the first visit the truck did not have the right part stocked. The repairman left and returned the next morning at the arranged time to complete the repair.

I called per the number in the Angie's list referrals and got an appointment. The repairman was a bit later than originally promised, but called to advise me that he was coming but had had problems with another call. He showed up, diagnosed the problem in about 30 seconds, and had the parts on his truck to replace the heater for the frost free system and the broken thermostat, had to use a heat gun to clear ice from coils, then replaced parts and the fridge ran great, Savings over a new fridge over $1000 which was good. He also advised me on problem with dishwasher and left. Was very courteous helpful and informative. The repairman offered me a discount for my veterans status that was actually a bit more than the Angie's list. He cleaned up and left. He was courteous, personable and explained what he was needed, and what he was doing during the repairs. He had an excellent selection of tools to do the job professionally and quickly. Overall, I was impressed with the service.

I've used Priority in the past & have always been satisfied w/ their work. Don, the service tech, is knowledgeable & pleasant. He explained what needed to be done & showed me what was causing the leak issue. I'm thankful he took the time to give me the details as I will know what to do in the future.

Went well, he was able to clear the line that caused the obstruction that created the freezing to happen and then leaking. No parts were required, but he knew what the issue was and how to fix it.

very accommodating when scheduling appt. Arrived on time. everything was fixed in about 15 minutes and he was gone. Tech was polite and accommodating. it was a complete non-event
