They really did a great job.

They did a good job. They are really good. Yes, I would use them again. It took them an hour to get the work done. Four people came out to do the work. They cleaned it all up.

The sales Peter came out to give me estimate and quote twice. It went OK, but he must mess up with the date. The installation should be 6/28 and 6/29, but he put 6/28 and 7/29. I found out today 6/27 and the manager Dee was not able to help at all. I am in manufacturing industry myself and I've seen my company's customer service dealt angry and upset customers all the time. I have to say she is far away from professional at this point. Anyway, will not use them again for sure.

Sorry but this place is a complete rip. First the "showroom" experience was pretty funny. Once I went and looked around and no one ever asked me if I wanted help. There always seemed to be people who looked maybe more well-heeled than me to wait on. I kept waiting. Finally I started just pulling a bunch of stuff onto the floor to compare and finally after about 7 minutes someone said, "is there something I can HELP you with" ...yes! I said. At last I got a guy who had his own desk but was about what you'd expect from a carpet/flooring salesman. He was nice enough and when I said i wanted to some low cost flooring since I'm going to rehab the house in a year or two anyhow he pretty much lost interest. Eventually he sold me something that was low cost BUT as soon as the installer finished installing it, he turned to me and said "don't get it wet - if it gets wet, wipe it up IMMEDIATELY or it will blister"---WHAT? - someone sold me flooring for a kitchen that shouldn't get wet?? He KNEW I had a dog (with a water bowl)!! Insane... And sure enough, if water stands on it for more than about 10 minutes, the seams blister. It looks like absolute CRAP. I would happily have spent another 400 dollars to get something that actually BELONGS in a kitchen! Installers were fine - did an OK job but the only reason you'd think to go there is to look at the samples and maybe for some sage advice. I got NONE...My advice? - DON'T go here!

UPDATE -- I previously posted a negative review of this Luna Gallery and I had the incorrect Gallery. I sincerely apologize. We used a different Luna and apparently they are independently owned. I have no knowledge about this particular gallery, but can say that they were very quick to notice the Angie's list and try to provide instruction as to how to rectify the problems we experienced with the other Luna.

We just bought a new house and it needed a few repairs so we've been working on them piece by piece. We wanted to replace our living room floor before we moved in all of our heavy furniture. I saw an ad on t.v for great pricing with luna flooring. With such a wide selection and options to choose from, We ended up going with a higher end hardwood than standard so it did end up costing more than i expected. They were able to schedule me fairly soon though so i decided to go with them. Once they came they moved fast, im sure it helped that the place wasnt occupied. Their quality of work was pretty good, it hasnt started creaking yet. They do guarantee their work so im not worried. I would use this company again.

Luna Deerfield's installation is guaranteed and the carpet is extremely high quality. They have a huge selection of flooring. They are very helpful with colors and if you know what you want they will point you in the right direction. Luna was accommodating with my schedule for the installation, they care about the quality of installation, they were prompt, and their work is superior.

We contacted Luna Carpet since they were local and near our home. We live in Northbrook so we called them and discussed our situation. We spoke with Kathy and she sent out a gentlemen who measured the areas we wanted carpeted. He was very professional and a nice person. He mentioned he would get the measurements back to Kathy and she told us she would call on either that Friday or Saturday. Well Sunday afternoon rolled around and we had not heard anything back. We called the store and a gentlemen answered and we told him our situation and he said he would back to us right away and as of today we have not heard anything back. We decided to move on and called a different company to have the carpet installed. We were very disappointed in the lack of service since we were looking to have the carpet installed rather quickly.
