THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY STOCK; IF YOU WANT SOMETHING, YOU HAVE TO HUNT SOMEONE DOWN (WHO SEEMS PUT OUT BY ACTUALLY HAVING TO HELP A CUSTOMER), I HAVE SEEN STAFF WALK THE OTHER WAY WHEN APPROACHED. IF I ASK A QUESTION OF STAFF, THEY MOST OFTEN DO NOT KNOW AN ANSWER AND DO NOT REFER ME TO SOMEONE WHO DOES. REGISTER ASSISTANCE IS POOR. GENERAL FEEL OF THE STORE IS DISORGANIZED AND SPORADICALLY STOCKED--SOME THINGS ARE WELL STOCKED, OTHERS HAVE NO STOCK AT ALL. ALL IN ALL AN EXPERIENCE I DREAD EVERY TIME I NEED TO GO. THE ONLY THING GOING FOR THIS STORE IS ITS CONVENIENT LOCATION. I'M PRAYING FOR A LOWE'S TO MOVE IN.
