+ -1 moreI feel like Phil is fair and straightforward. I just trust him. My first impression of the company and of Phil was that he was very professional and he knew what he was doing. He comes highly recommended so I got him based on a recommendation.

+ -1 moreEverything went fine. I have used them for quite a while. He came and diagnosed the problem and had to go find a motor and then came back and installed it. He is very reliable. He will try and get to me as quickly as possible when I have a problem. I would definitely use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I had a problem with my furnace and I used Deerfield Air Conditioning & Heating to replace the blower motor.

+ -1 moreThis was the third estimate that I received for my project. The technician from Deerfield came in and stated that I did not have a problem. The problem identified initially, from another estimate, was not found by Deerfield. I went with another provider who sent someone else over to reconfirm the problem and show where it was. Deerfield was very nice and easy to get along with and I think he would be a good contact. The problem is still not resolved to my total satisfaction. One of the estimates was wrong, I'm not sure which. However, I would call this company again. He spent the time discussing the issue, or non issue, with me.
