BEESON'S NURSERY

This place is unprofessional at all. The employer broke the first meeting without any notice to attend the wedding out of State and changed words and lied about the second meeting. The worst thing is that the owner did not apologize and even yelled to the customer. Never visit this place. Totally unprofessional.

We were looking for some help with our landscaping. Beeson's had done some work for our friends which really improved the look of their yard and home. We needed some changes to our front plantings and walkway. We met with Tom and he came up with a great plan for changing the walk and main trees in our front yard. He rendered an image on the computer so we could see what he had in mind, which was better to look at than a paper drawing of a landscape plan. We did not go ahead with the work due to the economy, but hope to at a future date.

My husband and I like to support local small business and were impressed with Beeson Nursery (supposedly all plants grown locally), family owned and operated business. We ended up ordering a large landscaping job and paid 50% up front. They charged my visa card rapidly. We decided on a day for installation. They ended up coming on the wrong day. Neither my husband, nor I were home during the installation/planting. And from the first day, the $1600 tree is leaning West toward a newly installed fence. I called immediately when we realized the tree was leaning an uncomfortable degree for my husband. I was told someone would drive by my home to take a look at the tree when they were in the Neighborhood. "No", they could not give me an idea when that would be (never happened), eagerly charged my Visa Card the remaining 50% of the Bill. Since then 3 rose plants are Dead. I have since called at least 4 times, sent an email. Nobody has ever returned my call. How do I resolve this issue?
