Tom Burrell recently remodeled our deck, and the results exceeded our expectations. He tore out the old deck, re-leveled the beams, replaced the joists, and installed six 6x6 cedar posts. He used TimberTech composite decking with invisible fasteners for a seamless look, adding a complementary border and middle divider for extra style. He rebuilt the stairs, installed deck lighting along the border, posts, and steps, and added stunning cedar cross-members that perfectly blend modern and rustic design. Tom?s attention to detail is unmatched. He maintained an immaculate worksite, cleaning up daily, and clearly takes pride in his craft. He thoughtfully designed the deck and executed every element with care and precision. Tom is also a veteran and a genuinely kind person. His professionalism, craftsmanship, and work ethic are top-notch. We could not be happier and highly recommend him to anyone looking for high-quality deck work!

Tom did an amazing job remodeling a bathroom with a walk-in shower for my father. He always had my dad’s safety and best interest in mind when designing our hallway bathroom. He responded to our inquiry and quickly returned the quote. He started the job when he stated he would begin and showed up promptly each day. He carefully protected the other areas of the house and cleaned up after himself each day. The end result was beautiful. Tom is a very kind and caring person who you can trust and count on to get the job done. We will be using him for all jobs in the future.

Tom is a perfectionist. He is creative and meticulous. Our deck is beautiful and he built it to last for a long time. He repaired structural damage to our house, which was rotten wood, so that our new patio doors could be secured. That also solved our mice problem. Tom replaced our backsplash and electrical for our kitchen project. Most importantly, he can be trusted alone in our house and with our dogs. We are extremely satisfied with Tomâ s work performance and highly recommend him.

Tom was great. This was a repair of an existing deck followd by repainting. He replace two additional boards beyond the estimate. Then, to stain/ paint...qe needed to let it dry for a few days...given rain...he had to move onto other projects waiting for it to be dry enough. He kept in communication and navigated his backlog due to weather. We are very happy with the results. Tom is also fun to talk with and pleasant to work with. Thanks, Tom!

I am 70 and this is the most pleasurable experience that I have ever had with a contractor. Tom built a deck for me that is a work of art, and I refer to it as my Frank Lloyd Wright deck. Tom took his time, always the perfectionist. Tom came up with and implemented ideas that were way beyond my expectations. Neighbors revel in the beauty of my deck. Every evening the work area was completely cleaned up and there was no mess left overnight which was very refreshing. Between the arrival and departure times, a true craftsman plied his talents and created a magical result by transforming the **what ifs** into the **can do**. Tom was very detailed in reconstructing my deck. Also, he was transparent with me regarding the materials, costs, and color schemes, and his schedule. His helpful recommendations were applied to the reconstruction of my deck. He did an excellent job. The finished project exceeded my expectations. He even went the extra mile of fixing a few things around the house and I really appreciated that effort. Tom and I have already talked about another project and I have informed him that the project is his. I am very confident he will do a top-quality work on that project. I highly recommend him.

Tom is a highly skilled craftsman and takes a lot of pride in his work. He is friendly, courteous and trust worthy with a great attention to detail. We had a deck that needed boards replaced along with sanding and staining. Tom provided helpful recommendations including adding tall posts so we can now string lights and bulked up the perimeter of the deck by adding ledges. Our prior skinny little deck now has "muscle" and "attitude." He also did a great job of matching color scheme we wanted and uses highest quality products. I found him to be very reasonably priced relative to the skill level he possesses and products he uses. We have another project we have long wanted done and are planning on hiring him.

Tom did a great job refurbishing the deck and fence and matching the colors as well. I plan on having him work on a small deck in the spring. Highly recommended.

Tom Burrell repaired a section of my deck that was damaged by tree roots pushing up on the deck boards and railings. His expertise, skills, problem solving abilities, and work ethic was excellent. He repaired the deck and the finished product exceeded my expectations . I have hired many contractors over the years to work on projects both inside and on the outside of my home.
