Wild Blue Satellite

They are the best satellite company I have ever had. Their customer service is phenomenal and everybody speaks English. They don’t push services on you like a lot of places do. As a matter of fact, I called them last night because my usage was getting up a little high and I just got a brand new modem because I switched over to a new satellite that is almost as good as cable which is amazing from satellite. I don’t lose internet when it is raining like I used to. I called them and they said that it was going to roll back over to zero in six days and that I would be fine because I do watch what I use every day. Otherwise, other companies would say to go over to next higher package and they don’t do that. They tell us how to do different things like rebooting our modem or power cycling so that we don’t have to call them all the time which not only helps us but them so that they are not on the phone for stupid stuff. They are a very good company. I would recommend them. I have not regretted one day. We had one week that we were down, but that was Mother Nature when we had that big heat wave. With them we are on a rolling account. So what we don’t use just rolls over. They are just wonderful. They are not really known. They are based in the States and all their customer service are in the States. I have always had great customer service response.
