Kern Construction & Remodeling provides a wide range of services and goes beyond remodeling. We do new construction, we specialize in tile work and offer free estimates and design services. Our team consists of Terry Kern, who has over 30 years experience to offer to our clientele, his wife Sheri, who has over 10 years of cabinet design experience and also will consult with clients and help with their project along with a tile and carpentry team to get your project done in a timely manner. Our team will always go the extra mile to make sure our clients are completely satisfied!

Terry and his workers and the sub-contractors he hired all did a great job of replacing our shower surround and doing some light tile repair work. Everyone was top notch, and he followed up to make sure the work was done right. I would highly recommend him to anyone and would gladly hire him again.

He was up front and knows what you need. He had a punch list and came back and did it. I have nothing bad to say about him. It was a good experience in dealing with the owner himself. He had one of his workers before anything got started. He got back to you in a timely fashion. The way he presented himself I felt good about that.

Kern Construction came on-site to review the work and provide a bid. All the product was picked up and delivered and installation occured over 4-5 days. Terry Kern's crew were fantastic in laying the pattern, installing the new shower and fixtures, and cleaning the area each evening. Terry came back out the day it was completed to inspect the workmanship, and advised to call him if any cracks in the grout were to occur and they would repair immediately. With winter coming and the shower being on an 'outside' wall there is the possibility of some cracking but unlikely.
Excellent workmanship and a great experience.
