Description of Work: I have used them in the past, however their business has gone downhill since the dad retired and the son now does it. I have had gutters, roof, siding repair. their prices are now way high and they do not respond to their warranty after the work. They only want new work at a high price and have not responded to calls to repair their work. lots of businesses scamming people in decatur,il.

+ -1 moreRob Sobottka was prompt and courteous on the day of the estimate. I believed him to be a stand up guy due to my previous statement, however this individual never followed through with his proposal. I contact him several times and was told multiple times that he would call me back and/or would receive an official proposal letter in the mail. This situation went on for 3 weeks. This company needs to re-evaluate its business practices and/or hire an secretary to deal with appointments/paperwork. Also, if you come to give an estimate and the company deems it unworthy, then let the customer know that he should move on. I was looking forward to working with this company due to the positive reviews, however my experience was a negative one.

+ -1 moreIt was very good. They had to clean gutter and they put a leave barrier on it. They were very professional and they did a very good job. The also cleaned everything up and they were here on time.
