I called Peerless after we had some flooding. I paid $120 for the service call which included advice and am estimate only. The estimate we got from them seemed pretty high and included taking out the carpet. The price quote was for three days of drying. Over $2900. We decided to take up the carpet by ourselves and got our own fans. Once we did things seemed pretty dry. I called another company and they gave me a new estimate of less then $500 so we did not end up using Peerless.

Peerless was the only company in my area that had workers who were certified by the Nat. Air Duct Assoc. I was willing to pay a higher price in order to have the job done right. I'm glad I did. Their workers arrived early and worked continuously for 4 hrs. They explained everything they were going to do and took before and after pictures. I was amazed at the process and what a difference it made.

This was done in two visits. Both times, the servicemen were very timely and professional. They put covers on their shoes prior to entering the home. They made sure we were pleased with their work before they left. On the air duct cleaning, they hand cleaned every register in our home and took before and after pictures so we could see how dirty our air ducts really were. I was very pleased with their services.

Good. Stains on the downstairs carpet came up. Upstairs carpet looks new.

Do not use these cleaners unless you can watch them during the process.

I've never personally used him, but I still recommend him.

Excellent. I have rentals, and they perform cleaning services on every one of them before I rent them. Peerless also does all of our drycleaning, and is phenomenal. I have also needed to use there restoration services after a fire, and theyu get an A there, too. Comparatively speaking, they are priced slightly higher than competitors, but they are definately well worth it!!!!
