Merry Maids of Decatur

For the most part it was ok. Just about every time though they didn't do something. After calling and complaining a few times it just wasn't worth it and I would just do what had not been done myself. After a period of time I just felt it wasn't worth the hassle and the money it was costing and they had just sent a price increase so I decided I would just do it myself and I cleaned it better anyway.

.They do an alright job. For quite sometime I have not been satisfied with it but didn't really have the time to invest in finding someone else. I received a notice that they were going up and that pushed me into seriously looking at whether to keep their service or not. I canceled our cleaning for the week to give myself time to decide and cleaning the house myself. After some of the things I found that was suppose to be being done each time that was apparent that it was not when I cleaned myself, it helped me make up my mind to discontinue their services. They did an alright job but not for what they cost and I had to call several times on things and finally just quit calling and did the things myself that wasn't done properly.

I've been using Merry Maids for about 4 years and I'm 100% satisfied with their service. They're trustworthy and it's the same girls that have been doing it all along, so I feel comfortable with them. They are excellent.
